Beautiful view during autumn. I started the journey from Kameno Station. While waiting for train, did a segway ride around the station. Enjoyed led it. If you are there a must.

A fireworks festival held at the Oigawaryokuchi-Higashi Park upstream of the Hozugawa Bridge, it is also known as "Kameoka Fireworks." Popular as an event where you can appreciate beautiful fireworks, many recommended by the Japan Pyrotechnics Association - such as rare selected fireworks, contests between Silver Dragons and Ultra Star Mines, and Mega Giant Star Mines that appear in the finale - it attracts people from far and wide. The venue surroundings are lined with lots of stalls, enveloping it in a lively atmosphere.

An autumn festival at Kuwayama Shrine in Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture. It continues for one month from October 1st to 31st, but it is generally known for the "Yamahoko Floats" event that takes place over three days from October 23rd to 25th. Yamahoko is another name for decorated festival floats, and they take the form of a structure in the shape of a mountain on top of a base, with a long sword or spear. Eleven glittering decorated floats gather on Hatagomachi-dori street on the 25th (the main festival), proceed in order along Yanagimachi-dori street, and then continue to Jokamachi (the castle town).
