Amazing ski express from Janské lázně to the top of Černá hora. The cabin was very comfortable, clean and surprisingly silent. It tooks about 10 minutes to the top. There is a bar and restaurant. Dogs are welcomed. Very helpful staff.

The highest mountain in Czechia! Once you reach the top, you have a good feeling not only thank to the beautiful view, but also thank to you made it on your own. :-) You can also use the new cable cabin to get up.

Baldův svět is excellent place for children! Especially our 6 years old son loved it there. And our 4 years old daughter enjoyed bobsled track.

Lanovka je hned nad zastávkou Velká Úpa, náměstí a u parkoviště. Žádné fronty a moc milí pánové u nástupu i výstupu. Z Portášek možnost několika cest. Krásný výhled na údolí a Černou horu.

The Stachelberg fortress was built for the defense of the republic in 1937-1938. It has never been completed and today visitors can admire both the strength of the building and the course of the building.

brilliant idea for a wooden construction. People who have low ratings are probably some neurotic malcontents. For example: one idiot who rated this object only one point, thought he would see a root system underground. Interesting how someone would have to dig a walk between the roots of trees so as to damage them? Use some logic people, please! This object is really great, that's all.

Great tour, great guide, really worth the trip. Fascinating story behind this place, it does leave a lasting impression. It is SUPER COLD though, especially if you go there in summer during a heat wave, so make sure to take extra warm clothes with you to put on. I took extra clothing but was still freezing during the tour - I'll definitey go there again but better prepared to fully enjoy the place.

Quick lift to the top of Cerna Hora and it's slopes and sledge track. There is several routes with different difficulty levels from easy for begginers to more advanced. Prices reasonable but some hours it's overcrowded. Open time from 8.30AM to 4PM. Night hours 6PM to 9PM may be a good choice☺
