For an out of towner, this is a real treat, something different and worthwhile. I am a regular customer of this enchanted place. It is fun to sample all the olive oils and vinegars and to learn from the sales people. Buy some little sample bottles and get extras as gifts.

This place is fantastic. My sons love everything; the arcade, the dark ride, the outside rides, the go-kart track, the mini golf, “shopping” for their prizes, Ballocity...when I say they love everything, I mean it! The food is good, the restrooms are always clean which I really really appreciate, and the staff is friendly. I have nothing bad to say about Fun Fore All. My husband and I enjoy it just as much as the kids! Check out their seasonal events too, like Halloween mini golf. For what you get at this place, the prices can’t be beat. We have to drive 40 minutes to get to Fun Fore All and we don’t mind, it’s that good!

This is where the Night of the Living Dead movie was filmed. The cemetery is small and overlooks the town of Evans City and surrounding areas. It's definitely an interesting spot, what with all the trees growing out of the graves and headstones jutting at all angles due to shifting of the ground over the decades. A place to think about your life.

Our second visit to McConnells Mills Park. Last time we walked down the steep path; this time we are older (seniors) and we drove down to the mill. There is limited parking next to the mill--we had to wait a few minutes until someone left. The park person was very knowledgeable of the history of Capt. McConnell and the 1800s. The building is well-preserved and clean and original. We got some beautiful picture of the mill, waterfall and bridge. Would reccommend and will return. Need to hold children by the hand withthe water and rugged trails. Wear sturdy shoes.

We saw Lights Out, the Four Seasons tribute group, twice and our seats were pretty much front and center. Not only was group talented and fun performers, try getting seats like that down at the Benedum.
Also saw a high school film festival there. The concessions are cheap and the people who run the place are just plain happy to have you there. We love the fact that you can drive over from where we live, park for free, eat a meal in the vicinity and and see a great show that does not cost as much as Downtown Pittsburgh.
They keep having a nice schedule of shows, including cheap movies. By the way, if you have not seen Lights Out perform there yet, look for them next summer. They are great and you will not regret it.

Come enjoy our old world charm and hospitality as you explore the Historical Landmark District, the Harmony Museum and the surrounding area. Historic Harmony Inc. owns 8 historical properties for you to explore.Peruse the quaint shops that are housed in historical buildings for unique treasures.German dinners, a German Christmas Market and lots more activities throughout the year.
For the many Americans who can claim German ancestry, this is an especially important and fascinating site. In addition to the story of George Rapp and the Harmony Society, the museum includes many artifacts of daily life in early Pennsylvania. I wish we had had more time to explore other sites in the area related to the Harmonists as well. Personally it meant a great deal to me to visit, as in college I had worked for the foremost authority on this utopian society, Dr. Karl J. R. Arndt. My husband, who had no prior knowledge, thoroughly enjoyed our visit as well.

This is a must-visit place for any zombie horror fans. This is where the renaissance started in 1968 with George Romero's movie Night of the Living Dead. They have a lot of fun props from all the movies, pictures, explanatory text and as a bonus the cemetery where the movie was filmed overlooks the town.

We rode the 7 mile path (14 total) on a perfect day. The trail is considered "moderate". Some hills but doable. The ride takes you along the lake and has some beautiful views. I especially appreciate the many restrooms throughout. Lots of w ildlife and wildflowers. Enjoyed it very much!

I stopped in Penn Pantry after a quick trip to Wunderbar - I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised! Almost everything (possibly everything!) in the store was from local artisans. I picked up local eggs and cheeses. Oh! I grabbed a bottle of locally made hot sauce, too! Everything was delicious! I will definitely be back to see what this little store has in stock!
