Gautier (/ˈɡoʊtʃeɪ/ GOH-chay; French: [ɡotje]) is a city in Jackson County, Mississippi, along the Gulf of Mexico west of Pascagoula. It is part of the Pascagoula Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 18,572 at the 2010 census. In 2002, Gautier annexed land nearly doubling its population to 18,413 by 2010, according to the Gautier Comprehensive Plan 2030.

I opened this shop up to give the kids (and adults) a place to play all kinds of games. We run Magic tourneys, Yu-Gi-Oh tourneys, Dungeons and Dragons Encounters, Warmahorde tourneys, Warhammer 40K tourneys, HeroClix tourneys, Board Game tourneys, X-Wing Tourneys, Attack Wing tourneys, and a lot of other different games.

This was the first experience at a temple for our young sons, and they were enthralled. The monks were very friendly and welcoming, and the temple itself is lovely! They have free food on Sundays, I'd highly recommend a visit for that! Nearby to the Villas of Hickory Hills, it's a great way to get a nice dinner and experience some culture in the middle of nowhere!!

Shell Landing is a high-end golf course which is open to the public. The course is located in Gautier, Mississippi just south of hwy 90 and 20 minutes from Biloxi. The course open in 2000 and was designed by the famous tour player Davis Love III. The course has rolling hills, tall pines, pine savannahs and pristine coastal marshlands. Shell Landing was voted by golf digest as one of the top ten high end courses to open in America in 2001. The beautiful clubhouse boasts a restaurant called The Landing" which serves lunch seven days a week. The course has an impressive practice facility with large teeing area, 2 practice greens and green side and fairway bunkers. Pro-line rental clubs are available for rent.

I payed only $65 for a mid Sat. morning round. Got there a little early and the ladies in the bar prepared a very good breakfast sandwich and coffee. The course was in very good condition and being a Davis Love course was very well laid out and interesting. I will definitely play it again.

I checked out the bellfontaine trail and the cl dee trails. They are both well maintained and offer a good look at different ecosystems. Pitcher plants are pretty unique. I didn’t see a single crane but the hikes were still worth it
