Increasingly, buying wine has become an experience. Not only do the taste and quality of a wine influence the decision to purchase, but ambience also plays a role. For this reason, we’ve decided to completely remodel our Vinothek based on the proven design of the Weinbar in Wiesbaden and the Veritable Lounge in the historical manor. Everthing is cast from the same mold and the Balthasar Ress signature is clearly discernible. To complete the remodeling, we collaborated with the same workmen we’ve used for years...those also responsible for building the wineBANK® as well as all of our other projects. High-quality materials – sourced partially from our region – and handcrafted precision were of particular importance. Continuity and achieving the highest quality possible are the guiding principles in all that we pursue.
We had a wonderful tasting with the lovely Birgit, very informative and enjoyable. Great wines: still, sparkling and even orange! I highly recommend it.
