This is a cute park, with loads of hiking trails. This is the place to go for locals when wanting to take a hike in the city, or there is a small little lake that gets packed on the hot days that locals rush to as well. Nothing out of the ordinary with this place, just a nice break from the city.

The Minnesota zoo is in Apple Valley Minnesota which is roughly 15 minutes from Minneapolis our family has been there three times and we still enjoy ever visit. The zoo has a marine section where you can touch nurse sharks and stingrays and is very much an experience for the kids for sure. The dolphins show is free and the trainers are very good at putting on a show.
The polar bears have a fun with the guests last time we were there the polar bear was tossing a ball to the kids
There is camel rides at the zoo as well and is free no extras, they have a few areas in the zoo that are good for kids to play and they have gym equipment there too
The entry fee is rather heap considering the size of the zoo I have been to smaller zoos and paid more

And do some shopping! Wasn’t extremely busy but enough people for a Tuesday. Lots of people must go there to just walk. We walked every level. Was nice. Lots of different stores to suit everyone no matter what age. Good place for food too. Anything and everything.

Find an exciting collection of over 100 outlet stores from the world's leading designers and name brands. Offering savings of 25% to 65% every day. Including: Coach, Nike Factory Store, Under Armour, Saks 5th Ave OFF 5TH, Lucky Brand, The Express Outlet, Armani Outlet, and much more.
The Samsonite store featured deeply discounted artificially high prices on lower-end Samsonite products. A "better" 25" bag is arbitrarily priced at $300 then discounted 50% to $150 while a similar or better Samsonite product can be bought elsewhere for about $100. That and the disinterested staff made for a disappointing experience.
The Levis store does not carry pant sizes with a waist bigger than 40. The Crocs store had a good clearance sale.

Recently visited here with my 11 and 13 yr old kids. We purposely waited until after 5pm to buy the twilight wristbands. At first I thought they were very overpriced but after spending about 2.5 hours I felt we got our money’s worth.
The rides were much better than I thought they would be for an indoor theme park. We would have stayed longer but we were tired from walking around the mall.
Definitely recommend going on a Wednesday night as it wasn’t very crowded. Longest wait we had was 10-15 minutes.

Really fun water park! The cost is only 10.00 per person. Very affordable for an entire day of fun. We were there for 4 hours and could have stayed longer. Plenty of areas to keep kids busy. There are 6 water slides which are suitable for younger kids, and some are for older kids. Lots of seating available all over the park. And if you can't find a chair, there is a large grassy hill where you can lay out your towel and enjoy your day. Lazy river was nice and big. Arm floaties are not allowed, however they do have life jackets if your child needs one. There is a separate area for smaller children so they are away from the larger kids.
You can grab lunch here for very reasonable prices. Pizza slices are only $2.50. They have pizza, burgers, french fries and many other options. Mini golf is also an option here for an additional cost. I think it was $2.00
Definitely would go back. Kids loved it.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beer was excellent. Large operation but hidden in a business/industrial strip mall. Well worth the stop.

Located underneath Mall of America(R), SEA LIFE Minnesota Aquarium showcases over 10,000 sea creatures! Complete with sharks, sea turtles, jellyfish and more, SEA LIFE Minnesota allows visitors to come face to face with animals never-before-seen in Minnesota! Stingray Adventure, opening in Spring 2015, will feature a Shipwreck, Pacific Northwest Touchpool and Ray Pool where guests of all ages will have the opportunity to touch and feed the stingrays.
We got a 50% coupon from our hotel. I honestly wouldn’t have paid full price for what was there. We kids that were 13, 11,10, and 8. This is defiantly something that younger kids would enjoy. There is a rock/coral petting area when you first walk in, then a sting ray pool. You can’t touch the stingrays but there is an option to purchase shrimp to feed the singrays. However it was $5 plus tax for one shrimp. Which we decided wasn’t worth it. There Were jellyfish, seahorses, and shrimp. You go through multiple tunnels of multiple fish, turtles, sharks. At the end there is a rain forest area which I was kind of confused by. It didn’t really fit with the rest of the theme and there wasn’t much to see in the rainforest area.
This is probably somewhere you only need to go once.

Wildcats is a casual, friendly bar. The servers are always friendly and management remembers you. The food is decent although not spectacular. The French Dip sandwich though, is really good. Ask for it with swiss cheese. The gyro is good too. There are plenty of tv's showing sports. You can play pulltabs to your heart's content (or your money runs out). Plenty of parking is available. Prices are reasonable.
