D' Bone Collector Museum features animals from around the world. From the depths of the oceans to the worlds tallest bird species. Both young and old alike will enjoy learning about the wonderful animal world around us. The Museum currently has over 650 specimens on display and add more every week. It houses over 29 whale and dolphin skeletons.
went there with my family today and the place was closed. Even the taxi driver was surprised it was not open. Also no info on the gate when it will be open again.

Abreeza Mall is the first Ayala Mall in Mindanao, with over 300 stores which include a wide array of retail choices with popular local and foreign fashion concepts, brands opening their first stores in Davao, carefully handpicked dining options and homegrown favorites. Abreeza Mall showcases relaxed and contemporary architecture blended with signature open spaces and verdant landscaping. Inspired by the rich culture of Davao, the mall makes creative use of color, accenting classic neutral tones. It provides the Davao community with a truly unique and rewarding experience in shopping, dining and entertainment.
It is a nice mall with a lot of restaurants and stores to choose from, their grocery and department store are not that big but they have a lot of "branded" shops/stores. Every month they have mall activities, so you can always expect for something new.

Really enjoyed visit to this small museum established by Pres. Duterte's mother who wanted to inform and educate people about the 11 indigenous tribes in Davao City. This is only the start of the musuem, it continues with the history of the area, Spanish, Japanese and American influences and the establishment of the city. The displays and information are good and there are some interesting exhibits, but, to get the most out of your visit, talk to the staff who are knowledgeable and helpful. Currently there's an exhibition by a local painter on the top floor, which is also a must see as her work is superb!

Conventions are held here. In fact my friend from Manila is having their CREBA conference at the SMX in October! They cancelled their first venue since the SMX is so much more spacious and convenient for parking! Various exhibits are also held in the Atrium. For Kadayawan, it is the Ikebana Exhibit! We just dropped by before going to the airport to pick up a few things not available in other Malls and to window shop.

Coming here to the central big stage hall for live band Performances on weekend. Great bands, great sound, great ambiance.
Lots of small bars/restaurants around with own designs and entertainment.
bucket of beer is only P250
Always crowded.
You definitely will find something special up to your taste.
If you using a taxi - better give small bills like P20 to the parking boys to get you a cab fast. Otherwise you will wait long especially on weekends.

This place had certainly seen much better times and should get back in focus from local authorities because it's a beauty in its core.
It is obvious that maintenance badly failed, many points of interest are not on function anymore, dirty and damaged.
The nature is amazing and despite the bad condition many people love to go there for relaxing, chatting and energizing.
But its a dying beauty and needs to be missed awake with great efforts.
You don't have so many places to go in Davao City , so better take care of the here before it falls totally apart.

I am from Amsterdam/Netherlands and wat i have seen? A show with birds like eagles, a show with a monkey dresed like a child. The crocodiles have some space, but tigers and other animals are in too small caches. It is time to renovate the animal accomodations.

This is the highest mountain in the Philippines.
I was wondering why it was called Mt. Apo, which sound more masculine, instead of Mt. Christine or Mt. Sarah as more fitting name for that highest , beautiful and majestic mountain with a beautiful sleeping beauty lady formation around the city of Davao, with the head, neckline and with two breasts line formation, which could be clearly outline in the early morning and in the afternoon just before sunset when the clouds that blanketed her will depart and I love the scene which I used to see in the morning upon getting up and in the afternoon before sunset , so beautiful and I love it, gazing from my residence at Deca Home Resorts and Residences in the valley of upper Mintal, Davao city. My eldest daughter Ms. Ivy Lovella M. Rosalejos, a registered nurse and NLEX passer already residing in Manila and my youngest son Mark Dave, a University of Mindanao graduate has scaled it during the Holy week of 2014 and that was their most memorable time of their lives, to remember, ever. Come to the beautiful and peaceful city of Davao and secure a housing unit in Deca Homes Resort and residences where it is so visible and inspiring to see from moment to moment.
