The Wende Museum holds an unparalleled collection of art and artifacts from Cold War-era Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union and offers innovative exhibitions and events to illuminate the connections between art and history, past and present.
The most unique and surprising museum in Culver City. The exhibits portray themes related to topics that you'd not see elsewhere. The Cold War display is interesting as are the posters. The changing exhibits are topical and best understood with a docent. Great and easy parking. Lots of information online.

Co-founded in 1981 by Tim Robbins and a group of UCLA students, this non-profit presents theater that is accessible and relevant to all people through challenging original plays and experimental reinterpretations.
The 1984’s message being relevant in our times today more than ever. I loved that I finally got to see the beautiful Actors Gang theatre and Tim Robbins live in such an intimate setting to boot! What a rare treat for theatre lovers of Los Angeles.

The children had a great time, the staff was friendly and informative. The group was large so the staff decided into two groups. The first group went to see the different rescued animals and learned alot about endangered animals, the environment and things we all can do to protect the animals and our environment the other half got to learn more about specific animals and had the opportunity to touch them. They got to touch a monitor lizard, they got to touch a tortoise, and they got to touch a tarantula foot a low one, rather than a high five. All on all a very good time was had by all.

Holy Cross Cemetery is a very large, but beautiful and peaceful cemetery. The mausoleum and chapel building is something to see. Many famous people are buried here and breathtaking statues and monuments dot the grounds. It is very hilly so if you plan on doing any walking, be prepared for that. Well worth a visit. The staff is very helpful and friendly. George Vreeland Hill

I'll never work out what was real, what is myth and what was totally made up just to see what they could get away with! And the wonderful thing is I don't care. It's fun, well presented and guaranteed you'll not see similar items anywhere else. Loved the micro mosaics and the tribute to space dogs. "3D X-rays" were also great.
