The Puppet Tree is a social enterprise which aims to encourage creativity and imagination for children. It comprises of a step-back in time, Mister Geppetto style toy shop which holds workshop space for puppet making and story telling. Behind the shop is a purpose-built tiny theatre that contains stage curtains, props and over 100 puppet co-stars to help children create their very own puppet shows. This is a unique environment, where technology takes second place to creativity and ingenuity.
My son 8 and daughters 8 & 5 spent most of a wonderful day here. My son rarely sits down with felt tips but he knew exactly what he wanted to make and just sat down until he had completed Jeremy Clarkson spending over 90 minutes finished every detail, my older daughter made a very elegant rabbit with wonderful furry ears and my younger daughter made Sooty complete with yellow raincoat and Sou' Wester. Such a lovely creative space all my children who are quite different from each other had a lovely time. And conveniently there is a small shop over the road so we popped out to have some lunch after much hard puppet making then came back and played in the puppet theatre at the back.

Lovely relaxing setting and a genuinely fantastic massage from Jason, he managed to release all the tension in my neck and shoulders. Thank you so much. We also took afternoon tea at our leisure, all the staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be returning.

Specialty chocolate shop with a difference, displaying a huge range of English traditional confectionery, Belgian chocolates, traditional recipe fudges, vast no added sugar range, liquorice for the advanced and the beginner, samples of almost everything, just ask our expert and friendly staff, oh did we mention the high quality ice cream and divine hot chocolate, freshly made while you wait.
The owner of this little shop is a chocolatier of excellence and long standing. We visited the shop with a specific dietary enquiry and got excellent advice and guidance. We bought a selection of handmade chocolates, for ourselves and others, and did not regret any of our choices - nor did the other recipients!. If you ever visit Cromer, be sure to drop into this shop, feast your eyes and make your choice(s), the owner will be happy to help and advise you.

Cromer Pier, a heritage seaside pier in the civil parish of Cromer on the North Norfolk coast was designed by Douglass and Arnott and constructed by Alfred Thorne and is owned by North Norfolk District Council. The Pier is 151 metres (495 ft.) in length and was officially opened on 8 June 1901. Awarded Pier Of The Year in 2015 by The National Piers Society. The Pavilion Theatre at the end of the pier is one of only five UK end of pier theatres and is home to The Cromer Pier Show, the only end of pier show of its kind in the world. We are famous for crab fishing with the very best spot in Norfolk for the big catch, it’s a great way to relax and connect with nature for all the family. Grab a bite to eat above the waves with our Mediterranean inspired menu in Tides, enjoy a glass or two on our unique quarterdeck patio and pop into our perfectly stocked gift shop and take a piece of Cromer home with you.
We’re regulars to Cromer End of the Pier Show and it really is the highlight of our year both summer and Christmas. Proper family entertainment and a variety show with a great mix of comedy, magic, dance and singing from a very talented cast. Meeting the cast afterwards in the foyer is also a lovely touch.

Sunday we played Sheringham (very scenic) and on the Monday we played Royal Cromer (which we preferred). It was a sunny morning, quite warm and moderate wind. We received a warm welcome from the Pro Shop and the pace of play was excellent (just over 3 hours for our 2-ball!). This is a "hidden" gem - a beautiful proper old fashioned golf club with a great course (more Parkland than Links) and at least 5 holes overlooking the sea\ with a sea view. We had a Seniors Roll Up group following us, and they were very quick in 4-balls and very friendly. Personally I played better on the Back 9 than the Front. I think I like the course because there are not many Par 3s - only 2 I think from memory (the 9th and 13th). Depending on the wind, a couple of Par 5s are possible to reach in 2 shots. My wife (Handicap 18) and myself (H\C 8) liked it so much that we decided to take up Country Membership. It's over 2 hours for us from Essex, but we think will be worth it. Afternoon tee time prices are good value.

I've been here a good number of times and bought polishing gear, stones/crystals, all sorts. It's a fairly small shop, but it's full of goodies! They are also very knowledgeable and answer all the questions you could throw at them. Every now and again they open their warehouse, which is just down the road, lot's more stuff on display and usually a free cup of tea/coffee, what more could you want? Visit the shop and if you can visit the warehouse, you will not be disappointed!

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP FROM 22/09/17 NOW A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS! We are a 500 mtr outdoor tarmac track, we use Biz Le Man 200cc karts and 160cc cadet karts. We have a new Coffee shop and cafe on site which sells fresh coffee and freshly made food. Also we have a vending machine for cold drinks and snacks. There is a heated indoor viewing area for those cold days and a upstairs decked area for the summer days. We do Practice Sessions, Grand Prix,Stag and Hen Events,Private Track Hire and Youth Club.
We visited today with our 8 year old Son and had a brilliant time. The staff went to great lengths to explain everything and ensure that he was fully aware of the controls and meanings of the flags during the safety briefing and before we were allowed onto the track. I will admit to feeling a bit nervous seeing him shoot out of the pits in a kart that can do 45mph but needn't have worried as I then tried desperately to keep up (and often failed) to overtake him. The wet track was a challenge, but made for some strictly come dancing inspired pirouettes. Unfortunately our sessions came to an end as the track was starting to dry out and lap times were dcreasing. The management and staff have clearly put a great deal of effort and time into making the site safe for everyone with clearly marked lanes and walkways when moving around the building for getting kitted out and briefed. An excellent treat, we will return next time we are nearby.
