Asik-asik falls is a hidden undeground waterfalls. You will be amazed when you get there! I went there with my friends from General Santos, around 12am we travel and drop by in South Cotabato by 5am. It was a long ride but we rent a van so you can sleep during the travel period. Since South Cotabato is indeed an urban place in Mindanao, I noticed how the rocky the roads are. We are stumbling back and effort in our vehicle I find it hard to take a nap! :D So, skipping that one, we landed in the area around 5am. The temperature is very cold! It feels like I am in Sagada or Baguio. In the area, there are stores that offer coffee, and even rice meals. So you don't have to worry when you got hungry. Good thing there are man-made steps already as you go down to see the falls. As you go down you'll see how rich South Cotabato province is. The forestry and ecosystem is very alive. The falls is really majestic! You should try it. The trek has no hidden charges! You can also buy souvenir items. If you a thrill-seeker like me, go and explore South Cotabato!

I stayed at their budget hotel, Casitas Verde hotel located at the main highway. Their rooms are clean and affordable only P1080/night. Staff are very friendly. I felt very comfortable and safe especially during this pandemic. They also have a bigger hotel (Paraiso Verde Hotel) with more spacious rooms. Ambiance is nice there, their lobby is big and their greenery is impressive. Right now, pools are not available because of the pandemic. Overall, my stay was excellent. Good place to stay on business and leisure.
