We loved our trail ride at Bear Mountain Stables! This spot is perfect for groups that have people with varying horse back riding experience. My mom, sister and I all are fairly comfortable riding horses and have had some lessons, while my dad's only experience is trail rides. The owner did a great job matching us with horses that fit our experience levels! My sister and I loved that our horses enjoyed trotting (which you don't see in a lot of trail riding operations)!! The owner and her helper Maddie were so friendly and made the trail ride even better with their great conversation and helpful tips as we rode. It really is such a beautiful area to ride in and we were lucky enough to see several deer and a fawn. I can't recommend this place enough, we will be back next time we are in Colorado!

Visited Blizzard Mountain Pinball for this first time this week to attend a tournament. It is great space with an impeccably maintained collection of pinball machines. Whether you are a pinball aficionado, or simply a casual player, you will find games to satisfy your fancy. We played a varied selection of games in the tournament, and a few games for fun afterward. Favorites included older games like Medusa and Banzai Run, all-time favorites like Medieval Madness, and newer games like ACDC and Iron Maiden. The game pricing varies from .50-$1.00 with a premium applied to your card for larger up-front purchases. Additionally, the space never felt crowded even with 35 tournament players, a few guests, and couple of families who came in for casual play. We will definitely be back, and I recommend you stop in and check this place out if you are in the area. You won't be disappointed.
