We did the Otago Central Rail trail through Shebikeshebikes. The team were really friendly and helped sort out all our needs. Bike hire for the whole family, car transport, accommodation. They even offered to take us by car on the first leg of the trip due to the massive downpour that was going on causing flooding in many places.
