I enjoy visiting the McKinney town square and looked forward to introducing my sister in laws and nieces to it on our girl's weekend. They were delighted with the shopping opportunities and the variety of eating establishments.

I drove out to this place after passing my Sommelier Level 1 exam. I reached out to Ray and Sue asking if I could come by and experience their vineyard. I had such a lovely time and they were so incredibly accommodating. I look forward to returning soon!

Brought my kids here for some weekend fun. The park is well maintained by the city, has a lot of walking trails, and the playground equipment is updated. This is a great park to take your family to - everyone can have some fun running around this place!

We just discovered our new favorite family place. Preston farms is unique place it's a farm, ACE hardware/feed store, & cafe. There's barnyard for the children to pet & feed the cows, sheep, & goats. Our two year old granddaughter loved the baby ducks & chicks. We even had a cheeseburger for lunch! They also have an area for birthday parties.

So this wasn't quite the same experience as a zoo, but the price was fairly expensive. 12$ per person, with limited amounts to look at. However the two rescue bears are magnificent and beautiful and for a couple is animal lovers and bear lovers it was worth it. Don't go without eating at the restaurant it was spectacular!

My husband and I found this place through a wine tour. Good wines, great bread sticks and a lot of good company! The couple that runs it is fun and welcoming - and it's hard to find a stranger out on the patio which overlooks...MoreThanks so much for coming out again! The patio is one of our favorite places to enjoy the afternoon too.

The National Videogame Museum is the country's first dedicated videogame museum, established to document, preserve and exhibit our industry's rich history. This museum has 20 interactive exhibits on display including an 80s-themed arcade, gaming stations, an 80s room and more.
Walk thru the history of video games with the original cartons, displays and games. The best part of the NVM is the arcade, where you can play the games using tokens (the entrance fee I paid was $12, which includes a handful of tokens, and you can purchase more from a vending machine). Good air conditioning. Free parking.
Note the NVM is set back from the street (North Dallas Parkway) and I drove past it the first time. The NVM is in a huge group of buildings with some other Frisco cultural stuff along with at least one private business. The NVM is off the Tollway/Parkway near Cotton Gin Road on the east side.

Located just a few blocks away from the historic square in McKinney, the village of Chestnut Square is a peaceful and memorable tribute to the legacy of this grand old town. Very much worth the short stroll off the beaten path.

During our trip of Dallas while traveling Downtown Dallas to McKinney we stayed in this park for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine of Dallas. It is really nice park where play area for children is available and seating places for relaxation is also available and walking paths is also good for locals.
