Since 2008, Namaste Yoga (formerly named RandOM Yoga) is a donation-based yoga studio on the barefoot-friendly island of Caye Caulker, Belize. Our open-air studio is located on the top floor of Namaste Cafe, offering a panoramic view of Caye Caulker. You'll enjoy views and a great breeze. Classes are an island-style and are suitable for all levels of practice, including beginners. We provide complimentary mats, blocks and straps. Hope to see you there!
Truly exceptional. Great space and yoga classes are well taught and good for everyone....8am and 10am. Jessie makes everyone feel comfortable and makes her "craft" available to all people regardless of their ability to pay through her "donation only" method of payment. Although I have yet to eat at her café the food being served (breakfast/lunch only) looked quite enticing! Staying on this island for 30 days and look forward to many classes including Sunset Yoga Monday/Wednesday at 5pm.

Red Flower Gallery has a beautiful selection of paintings by artist Paulette Salo. She is very well known for classical murals in the US. The paintings here are all scenes of Caye Caulker. One of a kind gift handmade items jewelery, and beachware and the best bug spray you can find.
We didn’t go to Caye Caulker to shop. That said, we wandered in to learn more about the insect repellent sold here and stayed to hear some of Paulette’s life experiences and restaurant recommendations on the island. The local Belizean artwork for sale here is also worth looking at. Her paintings are delightful, colorful, and reflect much of life here. She also generously promotes other local artists on the island. She alone is worth a walk into the store. It’s a good place to hang during a tropical storm, too!

We provide a most unique massage experience, offering your massage over the turquoise waters of the Barrier reef Belize. Our massage not only focus on the hands on physical aspects of massage but we incorporate the full spectrum of mental, emotional, and spiritual well being for all our customers.
She was very accommodating in her time. Worked past her usually hours. She did an AMAZING job on my tender spots which when I get done in the US always leaves me more tender. Of course the location is timeless. Never had such an amazing experience ever before. Thank you J.

We were staying in Ambergris Cay so visited via water taxi, hooked ourselves up with Bernie, a golf cart “taxi” driver and got an incredible tour of the island. It is much smaller than San Pedro and less developed — we preferred it and if we ever return to Belize, will definitely stay on this island.

Guided tour to our hiking trail , we educate about the amazing diversity of life found here. At The Estuary we have set the stage, to bridge research and practice with adventure, and entertainment, raise awareness to the effects of climate change. We practice conservation and demonstrate these principles to empower the next generation. The Origin of Life Nature Trail is over a mile of board walk, here is a vortex you will be teleported back in time, see the smallest organisms, a primordial soup, to the apex predators. The crocodiles, bird watching, unique flora, will astonish and amaze every visit. The Estuary at Caye Caulker offers a unique opportunity to adventure inside this protected area, one of many National Treasures here in Belize. The North Shore Yacht Club, a Guarded , off the grid, community, adjacent to the 100 acre conservation easement.
This should be a must see while on Caye Caulker. Richard’s brother of Richard estuary tours gave us this tour and it is quite educational. The iguanas, and crocodiles are just the beginning since the educational knowledge that is shared about how the various mangroves hold the island together and it all works thru hurricanes and wind .

Great place to spend the day! There is a great bar and grill called The Lazy Lizard that has excellent food and cold drinks. The split is a body of water separating North and South Caye Caulker. It is a great place to snorkel for free. There is a dock for sun bathing and easy access to the water. There is also a fishing area for those that want to try their luck. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for rent.
Not a ton of great beaches on Caye Caulker so the split is an excellent place to just chill out. Lots of chairs and lounges, a high dive platform and an enclosed, little lagoon with some tables in the water give for many options of relaxing here. Plenty of places to grab a bite, a beer or a cocktail and also a great place to watch either the boats passing by or the sunset.
