In our beginner Flying Trapeze class we will teach you a basic knee-hang catch. You will practice (in training lines) hooking your knees and taking your hands off whilst swinging above the net. This is practiced a couple of times to get the timing right so you can make a catch with one of our instructors. Just like in the circus! AWAKEN THE WOW!

I've never done this before and it was so much fun! It was an amazing experience and the staff were really supportive and encouraging! It’s a friendly atmosphere and I love that they give it in a step by step way so that everyone can achieve the final catch. Definitely was not as flexible as I thought I was though! Make sure you bring someone along if you can do they can record all of your impressive trapeze skills!

It really was a pleasant stroll along the well made paths and to the lake. There is a good playground, seating scattered through all the vegetation types, and much peace from the din of the city. Many bird calls registered and there was a good chance for conversation.

We walk our dogs here every day. It's very restful with friendly walkers and runners but not too many of them! Lots of birds and native plants.
