Just returned from another super few hours at St Ives with our grandsons aged 8 & 6. Firstly we visited the huge play area , so many things to climb on , spin on and swing on ???? Then up to the lake fir a lovely walk and to feed the ducks with a slight detour up the hillside to build a lean too den out of fallen branches, the boys love being creative in their design of woodland den. Then back down and a visit to the cafe. ( separate review ) It's a super place to visit with the boys or for a good walk. No hesitation in recommending St Ives estate.

We are so lucky to have our very own theatre in Bingley. Went to see Alan Ayckbourn's Absurd person singular last week. The sets were excellent, the play as good as many professional companies, and every seat has a good view of the stage. Acoustics very good. There is a bar if you want refreshments. Unlike many other theatres the price is very reasonable. There was plenty of parking near the theatre. We will definitely be back.

This is an amazing place; the staff are wonderful, the atmosphere is lovely, the wide range of excellent drinks and food is great. It’s vibrant and civilised. I can recommend it to anyone (especially the Blues Nights on Wednesdays). Thank you to all involved. Best venue in Bingley!

Been going to AJs Roller disco for some time now, they used to be a Bingley Grammar but have moved to a bigger hall next to Belle Vue Girls School in a sports hall called Zarahs. I take my two children most sundays for the 2hr skate. The support they received when first leaning was great. The music is a great mix of new and old stuff and the games they have people doing are great fun. All you need is a Fiver as all the safety kit and boots are included. The staff are super helpful and the geezer on the door will provide at a great price drinks, chocolate andlight bands. He also promotes kit you can buy. Sometimes if the weather is bad it can be a bit crowded. They help you have parties there and have areas that your guests can all be together. Safety is considered a priority and there will always be someone looking out for you and help protect you if you fall. They provide safety gear so use it, especially the rist guards. My daughter loves skating and I have now bought her some inline blades which she can wizzz about with. Fabulous couple of hours spent on a Sunday we'll recommended. They have upto size 12 skates so I also enjoy the fun/exercise. Look them up on FB. Keep up the good work guys...
