Aruba is the quintessential Caribbean island, all sun and sea and stretches of powdery white sand. Time will slow to a pleasant crawl as you linger over a tropical cocktail or flutter serenely underwater, where only the parrotfish are in a hurry. The pastel façades of Oranjestad landmarks and shops lend an inviting and playful vibe to the capital city. Enjoy the shade of an Eagle Beach divi tree while the crashing waves of turquoise water create a soothing soundtrack just for you.

A "conchi" or swimmable pool nestled amidst massive rocks on the northeast coast of Aruba.
Be careful getting in, but once in just relax and enjoy the site. It is amazing to see this natural wonder and realize that there are fish, crabs and other sea creatures enjoying this area just as much as you. This is something that should not be missed!!

This popular resort beach features the white sand and turquoise waters of an ideal Caribbean beach.
We have not found a more perfect beach anywhere in the world. Eagle beach is my happy place. The water is calm and clear and the beach itself is never crowded. There is a tiki bar right on the sand (near Amsterdam Manor) as well and activities (jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides) for the kids. This what a family holiday should be!

Located on the west side of the island, Palm Beach offers white sands and calm waters for excellent swimming conditions.
My daughter and I took a morning walk from Eagle Beach to Palm Beach on our nine day stay in Aruba. Palm Beach is amazing and we loved viewing the beautiful beach and checking out all the fancy high rise hotels. I highly recommend visiting Palm Beach!

Aruba Aloe, founded in 1890, is one of the few Aloe companies in the world that grows, harvests, and processes its own Aloe on site. This Aloe, considered to be the finest Aloe in the world, is the base of an ever growing collection of premium skin, hair, and sun care products. Pay a visit to the Aruba Aloe Museum, Factory, and Store in Hato for your own free tour, which highlights the history of Aloe cultivation on Aruba and unveils the entire manufacturing process, from the hand cutting of the aloe leaves to the packaging of the final products.
Great trip! We arrived at approximately 10 am and made our way inside of the museum. We were warmly greeted at the front desk, and were surprised to find out that there was no entry fee to access the museum. The Aloe museum provides a free tour, and the tour guide took us to a small room inside of the museum to watch a brief educational video about the history of Aloe on the island of Aruba. There were also several plaques in the same room that contained information about Aloe and the significance it had on the island. The tour guide then took us to an area outside of the museum, where he showed us how the Aloe products were made in the factory, along with their various uses. Outside of the museum were several acres of Aloe, and I was surprised to find out that every time an Aloe leaf is cut off of a plant, the plant has the ability to regenerate itself, and grows back its leaves in a span of about 10 months. The tour guide then took us upstairs, where we got a glimpse of the factory, and saw how the various Aloe products were made. At the conclusion of the tour, there was a gift shop where various Aloe products were available for purchase. Tip: I recommend spending an hour here if you truly want to see everything.

There are a lot of coral formations just offshore here, so it was a great spot to snorkel. Lots of pretty fish and calm, shallow water. Fun!

Leave the cares of the world behind as you venture over to a private island complimentary to Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino guests. Renaissance Island features Aruba’s only private beaches and is just an 8-minute water taxi ride away. Here lies a true oasis with family-friendly beaches or beaches just for adults. Pamper yourself at the private Spa Cove, play a game of beachtennis, sit down to the delicious lunch specials at Papagayo Bar & Grill or have a drink at our newly added Mangrove Beach Bar, or just lie back and let the sun caress you. A day on Renaissance Island is a day well spent.
We were on the fence about going here, but this was definitely the highlight of our trip. My s/o and I were interested in visiting on a day pass, but it seemed a little expensive. We knew lunch was included, but to be honest, we had very low expectations on food. Pleasantly surprised does not begin to cover it. They offer two restaurant menus- you can select one of any meal and any drink- and the meals were phenomenal. Our waiter was Luciano, he was super lovely. In addition to beautiful beaches and walking trails that are filled with hermit crabs and lizards, equipment for snorkeling, floating, kayaking, and paddleboarding is all included in the day pass. We found gorgeous fish, a brittle star, and an octopus while snorkeling. Definitely made our trip!!

De Palm Island is Aruba's only all-inclusive destination offering something for everyone. Whether you are a family looking for a day of fun and adventure together or a couple seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of the busy beach area for some relaxation and pampering. At De Palm Island you'll enjoy all-inclusive food & beverage, snorkel equipment and snorkel tours, a water park, unlimited banana boat rides, beaches & beach chairs, beach activities, salsa lessons and more. Upgrades to Sea Trek (Underwater Helmet Walk), SNUBA or a massage are also available.
Must say that we enjoyed the day we spent at DePalm island. We did the all day pass and it was all worth it. You can’t beat breakfast, lunch, snacks, all you can drink, snorkeling, A little zip line, banana boat rides, water park, beach with lounge chairs, flamingos, salsa lessons and transportation from and to hotel for $115.00. Surprised to see negative reviews. Mind you it is not the greatest food on earth but it’s ok for the day. Although they charge for the side where the flamingos are in, they allow two times a day for the general public to take pictures of and with them. Will do it again, the kids had a blast and enjoyed the trip to the island. Recommend you get a locker if you have valuables being that you are going from place to place and don’t want to leave your valuables unattended
