At Spa Ariki we build on beauty that has been reignited from within the body, which will ultimately be far more lasting!

We couldn't go home without our annual visit to Aumata Mini Golf. Still the same friendly staff and great service. The course is a real credit to the owners. The grounds and course itself are kept in immaculate condition and now that the gardens have grown it's also very pretty. A fun way to spend an hour or so. There is a new activity available now - a new gyroscope has been installed, it wasn't operational when we visited, having just been installed, but I'm sure it would be running by now. At $10 per ride it should be a lot of fun.

One of Rarotonga's newest must see attractions, featuring amazing live exhibits and interactive displays. Discover jaw-dropping coconut crabs, astonishing stonefish, stunning aquarium fish, inspiring natural history, cinema and so much more in this unique Cook Island Marine and Wildlife Centre. Interactive and informative displays make learning about our natural world and ecology fun!
See things that you may not normally see - a coconut crab (hanging upside down in it's cage), turtle (it's due to be released soon) stone fish (it was well camouflaged), lion fish etc as well as interesting artifacts, skeletons and fossils.

Colourful, original, contemporary artworks by Kay George and other Pacific Islands artists. Unique, hand painted/printed fabrics. Produced on the property, also specializing in digital photographic media, paintings, and painted furniture.
This trip obtained 3 pieces! Love how this fabric art fits into any decor, including our fairly traditional home. She sells at the Beachcomber and Beluga. This is the second year i have picked something up and she says she is planning on expanding her line. So i expect to get another piece in 2020 when we return again! Fantastic! I appreciate she is a local artist vs. buying some piece of junk made overseas and passed off as local! This is original art that is affordable!

We hired from Island Cars three times now and would not use anyone else. We have in the past hired from both Avis and Polynesian car hire but now just use Island. The cars have always been clean and tidy. We always just hire a compact car and theres always plenty of room for our cases etc. We usually collect and drop off at the airport and the staff are always polite and super easy to deal with. Overall we have found Island to be the best value
