This gallery carries quality items, from very nice jewelry to framed art by local artists. And if you need to have a piece of art framed, they're your place. Definitely worth a peek if you're in the area & looking for a nice souvenir to carry back home.

We're an outdoor equipment retail shop specializing in all forms of human and gravity powered sports the San Luis Valley has to offer! We're the best local resource for hiking trails, mountain bike trails, local 14er beta, with all the essential outdoor gear you need
What a great place to get gear! We rented two sand sleds ($39) and they gave us wax and a good recommendation to walk up the dunes in socks rather than with shoes. Kids had a blast. The customer service at the shop was great and I would definitely come back!

Yes this is a Farm Brewery. You have heard of Farm to table. This is farm to glass. They raise the grains, make the malt, grow the hops and even figured out how to get the yeast right out of the air. This was a dairy farm converted to a malt facility that still supplies many of the regions craft breweries. The started a small Brewery that has grown because they make a great product. The food is a local food truck. The one there was one that makes their own brats. It was Gosar saguage. Yum. This is only open Thurs, Friday and Saturday. If your near check out their beer.

We decided to stop in here for a drink after a recommendation from a local. This building was once a bank and you can see that as they kept part of the old vault behind the bar. I had two beers and they were both amazing! First was their famous green chili beer. It was light and refreshing, with a strong taste of green chili's but no spice, which was delicious. Second I had a sour cherry porter which tasted exactly like chocolate covered cherries. This is definitely one of the best spots for a beer in the town.

While attending the Early Iron Festival, we stopped in here as we came a day early to see a bit of Alamosa. This was a perfect stop. The wonderful lady (Joyce) took the time to show us highlights, tell us stories and fill us in on some of the local history displayed there. She made the stop SO much better. There was no charge, but there was a donation box. This was a fun stop. Allow a few hours if you like history of this area. We would go back here again as Alamosa is rich in history. It appears that they are working hard on new acquisitions, so it will be even better.
