Las Marías is the world's biggest producer of yerba mate - this is where Yerba Taragüí is born, a brand, synonymous with mate not only in Argentina. All stages of yerba mate production are undertaken with integrated agroindustrial practices of the highest quality. The company also produces the best tea in America, plants trees on a large-scale - operating one of the largest sawmills in the country. We also are at the forefront in cattle ranching and breeding, the traditional activity in this region, which was introduced by the Jesuits four centuries ago. It could be understood that the main reason for thousands of visitors to come to Las Marías each year is because of its fascinating network of productive activities. However, once visitors arrive here, they discover its greatest charm: its people. Aside from the work, the many activities that make up the lives of the company's members take place here: Homes, schools, health care and other services are interwoven with parks and gardens enhancing the beauty of the natural environment by creating peaceful spaces. Tree lined roads and trails connect these different areas, giving Las Marías a unique harmony that, without exception, enchant the visitor.

We were in search of what defines the city of Corrientes and we found it along this pleasant walkway. That is, if you begin at the 100 meter Mural Wall on Calle San Juan, and walk along the Costanero spotting the various murals, down to the Puente General Manuel Belgrano, seeing its vast mural display below, and on to the mural wall at the Eva Peron Foundation. We saw many fishermen, lovers, families, etc along this route as we discovered many of the city's 60 murals.

This was a family trip we did with our small 4 year old children. The nature, the animals, the philosophy, the beauty, all made this a unique experience. We strongly recommend it as a family trip! ♥️

We spent two fabulous days in the park, my wife and I are bird lovers and this was a wonderful place to appreciate them, we could also see alligators, monkeys, deer, raccoons and even a pair of foxes hunting. Our trip began in San Ignacio, we hired Tierra Colorada Tourismo who organized our transfer to the park in 4x4, accommodation and excursions and after two beautiful ones they left us in Mercedes from where we took the night bus to Buenos Aires, if you visit the region It is a mandatory stop.
