Genting Strawberry Leisure Farm

Reviewed By msnakim - Singapore, null

We took Grab from First World Hotel to Gohtong Jaya for lunch, and then walked to the Strawberry Farm. Entrance was RM15 for adult and RM10 for child. We were told (at the ticketing counter) that we cannot pick berries. As it was December school holidays, most of the berries have already been harvested by visitors and only small ones were left. Thankfully, that’s not quite true. Inside the farm, we saw other visitors with baskets of strawberries, making payment for their purchases. They directed us to the area that is still open for picking. We were able to find reasonable size ones too! Besides berries, the farm also had many beautiful flower fields. You can also hold parrots (photo RM30), and snakes (photo RM30). The snake’s pretty heavy though! There were also lots of merchandise (honey, t-shirts, toys) for sale. Good family activity for 1-2 hours!

I felt the extreme coldness as I entered the entrance to the snow world (inside)... I frequently get to a warmer place just to relieve the extreme coldness... I would recommend you to go if you don't shiver easily ot of you have a very strong coat that can bear extreme coldness... The coat provided there could bear the coldness but you would still feel cold inside... Also, try to wear extra strong gloves and boots, as the gloves and boots there is not strong enough... Anyways, it's a nice place to visit!!!
