Don't miss your opportunity to visit one of Ireland's best kept secrets and a signature point on the Wild Atlantic Way. Located in south west Donegal along this magnificent costal driving route are Ireland's highest Sea Cliffs, Sliabh Liag. A visit to the cliffs and the surrounding region is a must on your Wild Atlantic Way adventure. Experience the local culture, heritage and people of Donegal against the backdrop of our spectacular and rugged coastline.
Excellent venue and everyone loved it , hidden gem If you don’t want to walk you can drive to another car park and the views from there are amazing. If you want to walk further you can walk on up the mountain which is well worth the effort. Plenty of photo opportunities.

Amazing views from here.It is well worth the short drive from Dunfanahy to see this natural attraction. The views in all directions are amazing. The road to the head is very narrow in places and there is not much parking when you get to the top.

Visited gola for the first time this year, although we live locally, we never got around to making the trip. The ferry left hourly which was great as we had young family with us and we could stay as long or as short as suited us. The ferryman was more than helpful, loading and unloading a pram with a child in it and giving us all a helping hand on and off the ferry. The island itself is lovely and anyone we met were polite and pleasant. It's a day trip I will remember for a long time!

Fantastic views and scenes and history to be explored. Be prepared for long walk to and from the castle which is lovely or avail of the shuttle bus for a small fare. A lovely experience.

We stayed in the Harbour View Hotel across the road from this beach. How lucky were we? Fab beach. Lovely soft sand. We watched the sun setting at night. Went for walks after breakfast in the mornings. Love this beach

Malin Head is the most northerly point in Ireland & boasts fabulous views in all directions - & if you're lucky even the Northern Lights can be seen at a certain time of the year! There are pathways which lead to different points on the head & we're happy to say new public toilets have been erected since our last visit here. Malin Head is a must see when in the area!
