One of the most enjoyable evenings we had during a week long trip to Provence was with Chef Clement and the cooking class evening we had for the family. Eight of us were thoroughly over-indulged to fine cooking technique, desert, wine, and a meal not to be forgotten. Chef Clement spent nearly five hours with us, certainly the bulk of it on the front end preparing our Hazelnut chocolate mousse, and then a several course meal of pastry appetizer, ratatouille, and stuffed chicken. His motto being - ‘No problems, only solutions’, he had worked with us to prepare a menu that accommodated dietary restrictions some of us had, with no compromise on quality, skill, or the fine dining experience. IF you have an evening to spare - or more so, make it a point to have an evening with Chef Clement - its not one to be forgotten. His preparation and planning, enjoyable company, complete traveling kitchen, could not have been better. He even left us with full recipes, and instructions and we’ve since made the main course at home with faithful representation of the original. Would definitely do this again!

Rose et Marius store and products are incredible. They are the quintessential experience from Provence. Customer service was super warm and professional (they shipped what we brought to our home and took care of VAT reimbursement) We booked “l’Atelier”, an hour + session on fragrances and how to make your own home fragrance, that you walk out with. Totally loved it.
