My daughter was visiting from Florida and we made a trip to the HH area. The owner of Blue Moon provided an excellent experience. She was patient with another couple that decided to leave after we had gone through nearly 40 minutes of prep. We enjoyed helping with horses and the fact that they had personalities rather than being 'dead heads'. The owner clearly cares about the animals and their safety/health was the main priority. We would definitely book again.

This easy walk along the paved trail turned into an excellent surprise ending! The views from the paved trail are very nice and they are doing a noble job to preserve and improve the area. The best part is the short bonus walk off the pavement. We didn’t find the dirt/rock trail to be difficult to manage at all and worth the little additional effort- the recess cave and waterfall was a big highlight of our visit to the Hocking Hills area Best of all is that it was not nearly as crowded as other spots

One-of-a-kind nature experience! The hike in was somewhat short-1/2 to 3/4 mile one-way, but I would say 3/4 of the trail was moderate in difficulty (especially for seniors like us!) but SO worth the effort! The Rock House was amazing! It was a good sized cave with beautifully colored rocks- reds & greens; tons of crevices, holes etc. Bring a flashlight & explore! Enjoy!

I first visited here about nine years ago with my college aged daughter. This time, I visited with my husband. This is a truly amazing Ohio attraction. The rock formations, the forest, the trails, the caves, the water falls, they are all just mesmerizing ... and it feels like you've been transported to another space and time. There is a new visitor center that features an interesting history of the park with maps, photos and details and on how the trails were developed by the Conservation Corps back in the 1930s. We only hiked from the Upper Falls to Old Man's Cave and back to the visitor center and it took a little more than an hour. You could easily spend a half a day. And because we'd like to see the Lower Falls and the Rock House, we'll be back! It is definitely worth a visit, regardless of the time of year.

This trail and location was by far my favorite. A nice plus is that the trail is wheelchair/mobility challenged friendly. The standard return trail goes up some into the hills so those that wish for that experience can have it, while the accessible trail also remains an option. It’s a pretty trail with lots of nature, and the sandy large Ash Cave is really beautiful. If you’re going to Hocking Hills, this is my number one recommendation from the few trails we did.

My husband and I are in Hocking Hills and decided to get massages. We contacted Blue Valley Massage the day before and were fortunate enough to be given appointments the next day. Melisa was very professional and friendly. We both received excellent massages and will definitely call them again...in advanced. Thank you for making our get away even more relaxing!

We rode eight miles of this on one pleasant April morning, heading south from Nelsonville. A wonderful experience - cruising down the paved path with the Hocking River on the left and tall bluffs on the right loaded with spring flowers in bloom. Only met a few people. Would highly recommend riding this path.
