My Mission: Restoring and generating health and happiness through balance and alignment using the best of modern and traditional methods. My Background I grew up in Varanasi with a grandfather who was an Indian national wrestling champion. I spent everyday in his wrestling studio and I came to understand how to care for a body that is out of balance and alignment from simple over work or from a specific injury, and how to bring it back in balance. My Experience & Approach to Healing: Early in my career I then worked for several professional sports organisations including soccer, track and field athletes, swimming, and wrestling. Working with professional athletes gave me experience in massage and physiotherapy techniques to improve performance and wellbeing, as well as treat all kinds of wear and tear and injuries. You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from my massage. Whether you want to relax, improve your circulation, remove blockages or nerve issues, or release tension, my healing approach is to bring the body into balance and alignment through a combination of deep tissue and ayurvedic methods that have changed lives, so my clients say.
I have been visiting Daddu on my trips to Goa and have total admiration for his ability to resolve issues. This year I have had knee problems and Daddu’s massages have led to a significant reduction in the discomfort I’ve been feeling in my knee. I had ten seasons with him this season and it was well worth it. Thanks to Daddu I can now sit for longer and walk further without my knee causing pain. Odiously he has worked wonders in my hip problems. I’ll definitely be back next time I am in Patnem. I highly recommend him.

Ranjeet Mogu is a physio therapist with more than 20 years experience. He is a graduate in Classical and Ayurvedic Medicine. In his work with the body (massage and physiotherapy) he combines the ancient Ayurvedic approach to healing and a modern body-orientated way of removing emotional blockages. He studied this integrated healing technique at the unique Osho Community Centre in Pune. Ranjeet is also a Reiki Master, part of the Dr Mikao Usui tradition; as well as a certified teacher of Hatha Yoga and therapeutic yoga for practitioners and yoga teachers, affiliated with Yoga Alliance. Ranjeet works internationally in Austria, Germany, Russia, Kazakhstan, Israel and India.
I have suffered with various neck and shoulder issues for many years (whiplash, sitting at the computer etc) and feeling very stiff. Ranjeet pinpointed all the problem areas (pretty much everywhere!) and over a series of massage sessions worked deeper into the problem areas. I have had many massages over the years all over the world but this is completely different. It can be quite uncomforatble but 'no pain, no gain'. If you allow Ranjeet to work deeply into the tight areas you will feel the benefit. I am already wondering when I ca go back for more sessions (every other day, to allow your body time between sessions). Ranjeet is coming from a physio background which helps him target and understand the body. I practice yoga and he suggested asanas that would help me. I can not recommend him enough. It is worth the money - don't fall for the 'cheap' offers if you want to feel real longer term benefits. Located in a clean room behind Neptune on Palolem beach.

Our centre is a unique place where you can experience the best of ancient Indian traditions - Yoga, meditation, yoga therapy and Ayurveda - in an amazing location on the Patnem beach side. We invite you to come and experience, rejuvenate, heal and transform your body and mind with Yoga (Harmony of Body Mind & Soul) and Ayurveda (The science of life)
Being back home now since three weeks I still feel the deep relaxation and inner peace after the Panchakarma-treatment I got from the brothers. It was not only because of the joyful and family atmosphere of the hidden and quiet place near the ocean. I also appreciated very much the very respectful, attentive and honest way I've been treated by them. They care about your health in several quite effective ways - and a lot of work they do is while you relax in the hammock or while you're asleep. The women in the kitchen are always preparing the very delicious meals, the young men in the reception, the Yoga teacher, the competent handlers with their deep knowledge and comprehension of healing: everybody works together and makes You feel better and better! An amazing experience with a long-lasting extremely good feeling! Thomas & Maike
