The whites are 100% "Granazza" grape, a native variety that We vinificate in different version: "Perda Pinta" structured white wine (17% vol) obtained by old strains from grapes fully matured harvested; "Perda Pinta Sulle Bucce" macerated in the skins; two new versions obetened from the new vines, "Granazza", fruity and fresh and "Bullizza" a natural sparkling white wine.
