This typical family business is rich with 4 generations of traditions. Very charming discovery. The young Fernando made us discover tasteful wines with very creative wine/food marriage. We will surely be back after the pandamic crisis for a horse ride in the vignards..

The visit of the dehesa or meadow will allow you to meet first hand our 100% iberico pigs and the culture surrounding this environment, declared biosphere reserve by the UNESCO. To finish we offer you a tasting of Cinco Jotas ham paired with wine and if you wish, some other Cinco Jotas products. We look forward to your visit.
We have been interested in the process of producing pata negra for some time and finally the moment was there. On the drive down to Jabuga from Zafra we had fantastic scenary. We booked a tour including visit to a farm. Our guide Diego (fluent english speaker) shared all his knowledge. Afterwards we went to the curing facility and museum where we tasted the ham 100% Iberico. Thank you Diego!

This monastery for sure deserves a visit for two main reasons: - History: the nice audioguide starts with: this door was crossed by Cristopher Colombus and his son, Diego, when they came from Portugal... - Art: although quite restored and far from the original, it has very nice mudejar details, particularly a cloister
