Sat in the little courtyard outside the tasting room....the sun was shining....perfect location for sipping a little wine. I think our favorite here were the Rose's....simply delicious...loved the one made with Pinot Muenier and Pinot Noir. Also had a basket of chips with guac and salsa....mmmmm good. Our server was AMAZING....can't remember her name but she has three children and was a delight to talk to. We will definitely come back to this winery....have to try all the reds next time. Grapes here come from the Horse Heaven Hills AVA. This was probably our favorite wines of the wineries we visited this weekend.

We had so much fun visiting Barrel Springs Winery!! We were greeted by Benji, cute pup who lead us to the door of the winery. All of the wine we tasted was very good, Annette explained a lot of the process of wine making and the history of the property. We will definitely be back!!????

Vintner's Village is home to a number of tasting rooms and/or wineries in a compact area, making for a terrific way to sample from several wine makers without having to do a lot of driving in between. Using a designated driver, or coming on bus tour, as we did, this is a lovely little village with plenty to keep you occupied for several hours or even most of a day. Each tasting room has its own unique personality, not to mention wines, and most have a small gift shop as well. Plan to pay about $5 per person for a tasting (although many opt to share a tasting to cut down costs and increase the number of wines you can sample without feeling tipsy). Generally, if you make a purchase, the cost of the tasting is waived.

Alexandria Nicole Cellars is dedicated to producing small lots of hand-crafted wine from our own Destiny Ridge Estate Vineyard. Our 267 acre estate vineyard is located high above the bluffs on the Columbia River, near the town of Paterson, Washington where our grapes thrive in the soils and climatic conditions of the Horse Heaven Hills. In addition to our winery we also feature exclusive wine club rooms, and banquet facilities in our tasting rooms located in Prosser and Woodinville, Washington.
We went for a wine tasting today and spent two hours learning about their delicious wines and enjoying the friendly staff and beautiful location. Looking forward to our next visit!

This was our first stop on a whirlwind Saturday wine tasting tour, and it set the bar so high that nothing else really compared! The setting is gorgeous; Gordon, the owner - and his two friendly pups, Brix and Snow - were incredibly welcoming; and the gentleman who poured for us, Cordon, was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The wines are excellent: Our group of 6 left with several bottles of different varieties. As a bonus, we got to sip some freshly-pressed Viognier grape juice that was going to be made into a Rose. What a treat! This winery will always be on our itinerary from here on out. Highly recommend.

TEMPORARY TASTING ROOM CLOSURE Our priority continues to be the safety and well-being of our employees and our customers. While our team has taken numerous precautions to minimize risk, we believe that closing our tasting room to the public is the responsible decision. Our winery will be closed starting on 3/14 while we monitor the situation.
I have been enjoying 14 Hands wine for at least 10 years when it is available in Ontario, Canada. This has been limited to their Hot to Trot red blend for the past 5 years. We were able to fulfill a bucket list item this year with a reserve tasting and purchase of several reserves. (Sadly we were limited to bringing back only 6 bottles into Canada.) The staff were accoodating and very knowledgeable. We love this winery and hope that their offerings in Canada will be expanded to include their reserves!
