They have a full yard full of different bins of rough stones of all kinds!! Whatever you're looking for the Rock Shed probably has it. We found some great pieces of South Dakota Rose Quartz, and some Botswana Agates for our jewelry that we make at home.

A wide range of Antiques beautifully displayed. We are set up like a department store to help you find the special things you collect. The Candy Counter is full of old fashioned, hard to find candies. Plan to spend a while looking around.

Red Garter Saloon was established over 50 years ago and is under the same family ownership today. Red Garter is open seasonally from April to Mid-October. Our Bar features live music, comedy western shows from Memorial Day through September.(Admission fee applies to the 3x daily comedy western show only), great décor and atmosphere, along with a large selection of craft beer, wine, and cocktails. Red Garter Saloon is family friendly, and is a separate business connected with The Ruby House Restaurant for all food service.
Nice place to relax and kick back... have a few beverages and stay for the live music, especially Jerry Allen. They also have a comedy show with Big Dave and Jerry Allen! Freaking hysterical.

Our family recently was in Keystone, and sought to recreate an old-time photo made 30 years ago. Our original family of 4 had grown over the years to 10 (including 2 grandsons and 2 grand puppies.) We stopped at one place, and was turned away. We then went to Professor Samuel's Portrait Emporium, and Jason welcomed us, and set a time for our shoot even though he was closed for the season and we lucked out catching him at his shop. The hour it took to dress and stage our group of 10 was one of the most fun hours I have spent in my life. Jason was fun, witty and super professional. He had us laughing most of the time with costume and setting suggestions. It was like he knew our family, our sense of humor and most importantly that we were together on vacation to haver fun. Jason got the absolute best reactions, not only from the adults and little ones...but also our daughter's two dogs. We couldn't have had a better experience, nor a better keepsake of our family's time together. Jason has provided us a gift that will be talked about for years and years to come.

The museum is located in the old Keystone School. The school was built in 1899. Keystone is home to Carrie Ingalls Swazney. Carrie is Laura Ingalls Wilder's little sister. The museum has many artifacts from the Ingalls family. The museum also has local, mining, and Mount Rushmore history. Upstairs there are two classrooms for the children as well as adults to experience what school was like many, many years ago. The museum is free, but we do take "milk money" donations.
We loved our visit to the Keystone Historical Museum. A great stop not just for Laura Ingalls Wilder fans but filled with lots of lovely, local history. The docent was so so knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

Goodtyme Photo is an old time portrait studio located in the Keystone mall near the Tramway. We have the most sets in the area and can accommodate large groups up to around 35 people. We also allow access to have bikers bring in their own bikes and pose in front of our Goodtyme Saloon! Though we are a photo shop, the main thing we provide is fun. We are open everyday from 9 a.m. to about 8 p.m.

The Keystone Mercantile is a wonderful store, and the woman who helped us is Reta. Reta, a widow who was wanting to get back into life, waited on us and had a fantastic attitude about her job. And, she was not only knowledgeable, but actually counted our change back to us after our purchase, unheard of these days! She made the whole experience fun and the store is loaded with fantastic native american and western memorabilia. Definitely worth the visit!
