Fritz Glass was founded in 1991 by the husband-and-wife team of Fritz Lauenstein and June Raymond. A Cape Cod favorite located in an unassuming gray building, Fritz Glass is home to an outstanding glass artist. The family atmosphere gathers friends here every day, as well as visitors, to watch Fritz work. Customers can purchase one-of-a-kind glass pieces and also leave with a sense of community and, perhaps, a bucket of clams that Fritz dug that morning. If you live on the Cape or are planning a vacation here, a visit to Fritz Glass will be a fabulous experience for all ages. Stop by to watch glass blowing and purchase hand blown glass! Please keep in mind that Fritz Glass is a production shop, and we don't have set hours. While anyone is welcome to come watch Fritz blow glass when he is working, we don't have a schedule for demonstrations.
We just left this amazing shop with two beautifully handblown glasses and a gift for a friend. Wonderful local business with beautifully crafted items. The best part of the visit was talking with Fritz and his wife, June, as we watched Fritz blow a highball glass (almost from start to finish). Fantastic products, absolutely wonderful people. A can’t miss stop if you are in Dennis!!!

This Art Deco theater dates back to 1930.
This vintage movie theater is one of my favorites for entertainment on the Cape - they always feature interesting films, mostly independent and sometimes international. The building is classic with a huge mural by artist Rockwell Kent stretching across the domed ceiling and they've recently refurbished all the individual art deco style seats from the '30s which are really comfortable. They even pop their own popcorn which is so rare at movie theaters.

This is a lovely, out of the way place to get a wedding or birthday gift, a cape souvenir or just enjoy browsing. Both indoors and outdoors, Scargo’s imaginative castle fountains, vases, and sculptures will enchant you. There’s plenty of practical dishes, mugs, and bakeware, too, along with friendly service. You may even find the potters at work in the adjoining studio.

CCMA is a gem off the beaten path. Nearly impossible to find but once you do it’s wonderful. 7 galleries on 2 floors in a lovely building. Museum was founded in 1984 & expanded & relocated over the years to it’s present location. Costs $10 & worth every penny.

Our family has been going on an annual trip to Eden.. even before the ticketing system was put into place. Love the new styles they introduce each year. One issue we have had the last few years is obtaining tickets, it has been difficult getting tickets online even in the off season! The employees are wonderful and attentive. Keep up the beautiful work.
