The Cat Lounge at Neko HQ is a luxurious space to relax and enjoy the company of cats. No cages, just spaces for cats and kittens to be the most curious, cutest and engaging creatures that they are, where you can be a part of their world. Neko HQ is the first of its kind in Victoria where you can spend time getting your cat fix or meeting your purrfect match.

Specialty Museum. The Islamic Museum of Australia has 5 permanent galleries: Islamic Faith, Contributions to Civilisation, Islamic Art, Architecture and Australian Muslim History. There are regular visiting exhibitions and a wonderful Cafe adjoining the Merri Creek trail.
Cafe had great service, you can sit inside or outside. Food was fresh, delicious and promptly served. The coffee was delicious too. The museum is definitely worth a visit. It's well laid out, a visual delight with substance.

Preston Library is in Gower St, just off High St,.near the Town Hall. The LIbrary has a wide range of newspapers, including foreign language newspapers. The library also has computers for public use. The monograph copllection is quite extensive (that is, it has lots of books). The Library has a meeting room which can be hired. By the way, it is quite easy to join the library if you have a local connection.Preston Library is a good library for quiet reading and is also useful for research.

If you want to give your loved one a day of surprises, go to Northland! You can have a hearty breakfast at the fabulous Pancake Parlour and then catch a movie at the nearby Cinemas and then work your way up the floors to some amazing shopping: clothes, gifts and a cuppa to end the day. On the same floor you can get the most incredible sushi, With Kmart, Target and other departments also available, you will most certainly grab yourself a bargain or two. There is so much more you can explore! Why not take a friend or family member and get out and explore what Northlands has to offer you. We did and we love it!
