Baguio, perched high in the Cordillera Central Mountains, is a great place to escape the heat of the Philippine lowlands. Camp John Hay, originally built as a recreation area for U.S. soldiers, now is a full-fledged resort complete with a world-class golf course. Definitely stop at the city market, where you can buy almost anything (just be prepared to haggle).

I read about its opening in March 2017 but when we first tried to go there in December of the same year, it was regrettably already closed for the year. It has since reopened. Carefully curated and systematically arranged, it was such a pleasure going through its interesting displays, each with concise and easily understandable information. The museum is very conveniently located inside the campus of U. P. Baguio. The entrance fee is pitifully cheap so why not contribute to its upkeep by buying an item or two from its souvenir shop? And, please, don't go there just for selfies. Appreciate the artifacts and the tremendous effort to put them there.

We came in at 11:30am right in time for the mid prayers of the Pink Sisters. The entire congregation was in the chapel singging like angels. Always a highly spiritual experience.

After visiting Glenn 50's Diner, Laperal White House, Mines View, been to SM Baguio to buy some new clothes and check out what's on sale, we then headed to the famous church in Baguio, the Our Lady of the Atonement Cathedral beside Session road. We were supposed to head to this church upon arrival to Baguio City to give thanks for our safe trip way up to the city, but unfortunately, we came in too early too late for the church mass. And unfortunately again, when we got to the church, there's no scheduled mass in the afternoon. I really loved this church from the first time we visited this church a long time ago, back when my status is still "In a Relationship" and not "Married". I have this dream that someday when we decided to renew our vows and finally decided to have a church wedding ceremony, we will be blessed in this church. Oh, what a dream. The church is located in Upper Session Baguio City, the church architecture is very romantic and vintage, not your typical kind of church, that's why most women dream of having their wedding done here. Apart from being a heritage site, the distinctive pink facade is very feminine, hihihi, so girly. And how about the aisle? Oh, the aisle is very ideal for women who want their wedding to be very dramatic and considering their long aisle who most girls consider on their wedding day. Treated my family to a spa pampering in Baguio. We are a family of 6, and we got the rare opportunity to be complete since the eldest is now a college boy in Manila, so the decision to spend about 2 hours of spa treatment in North Haven. North Haven is one of a kind. The scent emanating from whatever source once you come in is heavenly. The furnishing and decors are in the right place; it was inviting! The 3 elder boys were with me, while my wife and the youngest were in another room. It would have been better if the 6 of us were in the same room. We started with a foot spa with parafin. The hour-long massage followed. The therapists were excellent according to kids; my youngest actually dozed off during the massage. North Haven will always be the go to spa in Baguio.
