THE ASPEN RECREATION CENTER IS ONLY OPENED TO PASS HOLDER FOR THE TIME BEING DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS. The Aspen Recreation Center, also known as the “ARC”, provides a variety of recreational opportunities for people of all ages. Try rock climbing for the first time, join a pick-up game of hockey, Ice skating and hockey, tots and youth art classes, Karate classes, swim lessons or just kick back and float for hours in our lazy river. We are home to the largest indoor acquatic center in Aspen. Enjoy our state-of-the-art fitness center featuring an aerobic studio, media-enhanced Cardio room with elliptical trainers, treadmills, several types of stationary bikes, as well as a stair climber and a rowing machine. The weight room includes a number of different resistance machines for weight training.
We never miss a visit to the Aspen Rec Center during our annual ski trip for sledding! Best sledding hill around! Just pop in and rent your sleds and have a great time. They also have a great indoor pool - great for younger families.
