My husband & I are staying on Captiva Island for my birthday weekend. He went golfing so I decided to treat myself to a spa day. What a treat it was! I arrived early for my appointment & the gal at the front desk (possibly the owner..?) & I got to talking birthdays & vacationing and how I decided on this spa. I had done my research (reviews, location & pricing) & this spa had better reviews than the spa located in the resort we are staying at & the prices were much more reasonable. I got the European facial & Relaxation massage. They added a couple extra perks since it was my birthday (added aromatherapy for my massage & an extra mask and time for my facial). I am SO happy I book The Spa @ The ‘Tween Waters! They were very professional, friendly & worth every penny. I highly recommend this spa if you’re staying in the Captiva/Sanibel area.

We arrived in Florida on Jan. 2 and visited this Chapel quite often during our 6 weeks on Captiva. When we first arrived it had the Christmas lights and so are walks at night were rather magical. A very comfortable place to see and walk around on our way to the beach!

Captiva Beach

Reviewed By ttbarlow11 - Minneapolis, United States

Beach is very clean, quiet and relaxing. Lots of seashells on the beach. It is walking distance to coffee shops and small food places. The parking is very limited- the parking lot only fits approx. 20 vehicles. We ended up parking in a lot that belonged to an resort and it was a 8 minute walk to the beach (you aren’t suppose to park there, but the resort parking attendant allowed us to park there). I recommend this beach and I would come back again! It’s about a 30 minute drive from fort meyers. The drive is beautiful, and lots of scenic points to stop and take pics of.

New Moon Sailing

The best day of your vacation will be spent cruising aboard your private sailing sloop, the New Moon ...The New Moon is a beautifully appointed, fully equipped 39 ft. sailing vessel with full facilities and enclosed head for your comfort. You'll see the islands from the fresh and exciting perspective of Gulf and Bay waters, the dolphins with their perpetual smiles, swimming beside the boat, the manatees barely showing themselves and the sea otters playing around the docks are all just a part of our world.

The Mucky Duck

Reviewed By sunnygirl2017 - Stevens Point, United States

This is a great little beach spot on the Gulf of Mexico on Captiva Island, Fl. We went twice this week while on vacation. The onion rings may be the best we have ever had. I also recommend the shrimp tacos. The Bloody Marys are fabulous. The drill here is order indoors and eat on the beach. Lots of Adirondack chairs and picnic tables available. Palm trees provide shade and the Gulf provides a breeze. There is also indoor seating. We look forward to this every year.
