I cannot say enough wonderful things about Melvin and his service! I booked an airport pickup and the East Coast tour with an airport drop off. He provided me instructions prior to my arrival that he would meet us at baggage claim. Our flight was early and Melvin showed up before our bags arrived! The macadamia nut chocolates and leis were the PERFECT Oahu greeting! The East Coast tour was interesting and informative. He took us to several sites that I would never have seen on my own. As a bonus, he was sure to take pictures at the best photo spots! Thank you, Melvin for a wonderful trip! I most definitely recommend his services.

We used their private shuttle service from our Waikiki Hotel to the international airport when we were recently in Waikiki in May 2019. We have used them before on our previous trip 12 months ago and as usual they gave us excellent prompt service. The shuttle was neat and clean and our driver was a nice bloke and a good driver. We booked them 2 nights prior to our departure through the online booking page and their response by email was timely and efficient. Unfortunately, I left my electronic tablet in the back of the shuttle, in response to my panicked emails from the airport, they located it and since it was too late to get it to me at the airport, they have coordinated with me to get it safely home to Australia. As I said above and beyond, what more could you ask for?
