SUP Yoga VI is home to a floating yoga studio on the crystal clear flat calm waters of the Caribbean Sea. The practice of yoga on a paddle board removes the floor, the walls, and the ceiling, this opens us up energetically to what is above and what is below but most importantly what lives deep within us. This class is designed for all skill levels. Our instructors tailor each class to you, your goals, and where you are energetically as well as physically. We meet at our floating studio (buoys secured by anchors at about 8 feet of depth). You will leave the practice feeling refreshed, connected, and inspired. What happens if you fall?! You go for a quick splash in the 80+ degree Caribbean turquoise and climb back up onto the board, it will actually become your favorite part of class!
