After wasting 100 euro on the booking through Booking.com, we wanted to change or cancel our reservation due to covid-19 and no entry possibilities into Belgium. After numerous attempts to contact the Guest House - no reply via email and contact numbers not existing - we had to cancel. The whole process of trying to contact them started before the cancellation period expired... thus the ultimate in frustration!! After numerous attempts to contact and negotiate with booking.com, that too failed. Booking.com just continuous saying the establishment still exits, but they don't. Giving them 1 rating is way too much :-( :-(

This is defiantly not 4 star! the rooms are all very nice, and the reception staff are lovely. I stayed there for 20 days on a business trip and they have only one restaurant that you have to book the day before along with the people staying in the 700 villas & chalet's on the lake, as we did not know exactly what time we would return each day we had no chance as they make no concession for hotel residence. Also breakfast starts at 7am and as we had to leave the hotel every day at 7am to get to our work site which was 30 mins away the woman running the breakfast room would not let us have breakfast early or take food with us. Me and my colleague had paid for 40 breakfasts in advance but that made no difference! At the weekends we sore her turn people away if they came to breakfast one minute late and the room was full. As this hotel is in the middle of no ware not getting into the restraint is a big problem especially on a Monday and Tuesday as all other restaurant in villages that are at least 20 mins drive away are closed because they open on Saturdays & Sundays. I waited 12 days to have the fridge in my room replaced because it didn't work so I couldn't use that for food! just to finish, this joke of a hotel, you cant use the bar which is in the restraint if you don't have a table. Although the rooms are nice and the lake area is beautiful the view from the rooms that look toward the lake are of a very large and noisy building site as they are still developing. Plus the so called hotel has no laundry service. We will never use this hotel again!!!! And the woman running the breakfast room needs a lesson in customer service as she is very rude and bullies the young girls that work in the breakfast room.

Amosa Liege is situated in the city-centre of Liege and is easily accesible by car or public transport. The hotel is surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Our hotel staff will gladly help you find the perfect location for a nice evening out
Just stayed one night but I was very positive. The room was nice and modern. The place has both a resturant and a bar. The breakfast was surprisingly good and hotel staff was very friendly. There is a parking garage very close by as well. Good value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay at the golfhotel. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Good beds and very quite during the night. Staff is very friendly and the service is good. Also the diner and breakfast was of a good standard! De 18-holes golfcourse is well maintained and a challange for all golfers. A great place were we surely will come back.

This hotel could have had it all. The views and surroundings are amazing. Not so amazing was the obsessive e-mail campaign that started after my booking was done asking me repeatedly when I expected to arrive. Even though the room was neat and tidy the laminat flooring in the hallway and the "papier mache" door to the room cut my night's sleep in half!! This due to one of the other guests decided it was a good idea to let their dog run lose on the laminat floor. And some others thought appropriate to be loud in the hallway both late at night and early in the morning. I could not use my card upon checkout (actually the card broke in the machine of the hotel) and hardly got a reciept of payment. This also goes for the bistro on the premises who did not offer me a reciept after paying for a somewhat over priced vegetarian dinner with bacon on top.. To sum things up. Great views but not good enough for a good night's sleep.

La Merveilleuse makes an impression. Already at the end of the 19th century, nuns settled at the site at what is nowadays a Neo-Gothic complex The location at this height is unique: the old convent offers a panoramic view over the center of Dinant, a charming and enjoyable little city with a beautiful architecture
The best part was the beautiful breakfast room, located in the cloisters area of this converted convent. The building is old and stately. The breakfast itself was disappointing. While eggs were made to order, the "freshly baked" breads were nothing more than what the local gas station would put in their ovens. Equally industrial juices and packets of jam. No fresh fruit offered on our second day. The room, while spacious, was a strange mix of modern/old wooden furnishings and a sad, hard synthetic floor covering. The bathroom was cold, so the hotel brought up a space heater.
