Reviewed By Eman Avery modern hotel and clean also the staff are amazing and the food deleicious ... there is a starbucks in the lobby and the locaaaation is just perfect ?? ... reception staff are very friendly and helpful specially mazen he speak good english which make it easy to be understood. overall great experince i recommand & kinda suprise its not a 4 star hotel even tho the quality look like it.

Reviewed By banooaThe hotel is located in very beautiful scenery on top the mountain and greenery. It’s very clean with beautiful cottages. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, although communication in English is not possible and we used google translate for doing so. Only the front manager was able to speak English. In the restaurant the foods were very tasty. Turkish foods were available and breakfast were great. But I would suggest to have kid’s menu separately and also add seafood/grill fishes and fresh cuts fruits too. They have a mini market but if you stay longer time it’s better to do your mini shopping before staying and bring it with you from the city. The hotel also have a small kids club and some physical activities like high swing and telecabine (cable cars) available, and some more which will be open in the future! All in all we were so grateful to stay at Foleya and we would like to come back again as the scenery is priceless??, and the resort made our stay enjoyable. By the way they have jacuzzi and fireplace available inside some cottages if not all. (We had). During the cold weather it was very warm inside and they have floor heaters on! Thank you Foleya! ??☺️

Reviewed By Paraskeui TNot bad, considering Trabzon has absolutely nothing to offer. Relatively clean, very friendly staff, really good location On the bad side: paper-thin walls, very basic breakfast. I would stay there again.

Amazing view on the lake and green mountains. Nearby restaurants, markets and shopping. Areas of improvement: Contradicting view, it’s NOT real as described and shown as in the most booking websites and social media. Crowded small spaces entrance. Old overused furniture. Overpriced.

Reviewed By Enes SArtıları; Fiyat uygun oda+kahvaltı 150₺ ve otantik bir yer Eksileri; Aracınız yoksa ulaşımı zor tepede bir yerde, aracınız varsa yine biraz yorar navigasyon dolandırıyor yeni yollar güncellenmemiş, oda ısınma klima ile yapılıyor biz iki oda tutmuştuk biri ısındı biri ısınmadı ve klima sesiyle uyumak zorundasınız, ahşap bir yapı olduğu için malesef haşere vardı odada ve her adımınızda gıcırdayan bir zemin wc’ye gittiğinizi herkes öğreniyor:) Mehmet efendi konağı merkez resepsiyon orda biz baya bir kanoğlu konağında bekledik gelen olmayınca sağa sola baka baka bulduk geç giriş yaptığımız için gece karanlığında ve soğukta biraz sorun oldu. Kahvaltı fix tabak geliyor fena değil ama kahvaltıda nesscafe veya türevi olmaması benim için sorundu ekstra 12₺ ödeyerek türk kahvesi içtim.

Cozy place and considerate staff
Reviewed By 63hazemrThe place has a breath-taking view of the sea. The apartment is very nice and clean. The management and staff were very nice and helpful. There is a supermarket within 5 minutes of walking. The car parking was a challenge because it is a bit tight and one needs to be careful not to hit his car.

Kendi imkanlarınızla mutfakta yemeğinizi pişirebilmeniz için her türlü tencere tabak çatal kaşık bıçak imkanı vardı. Asansörlü olduğu için engelli ve bebekli aileler için uygun.

Reviewed By Aleyna DWe have booked 2rooms the night we came they said one of the rooms isn’t available till tomorrow the owner is arguing with use too expensive nothing to do in the hotel apart from horse riding the staff were very nice DO NOT GET DRY CLEANING as all our clothes turned blue all my brand new clothes are wrecked ..overall not happy there is a lot more to say but can not be bothered cause I’ll be never going back to this hotel the only thing was nice is the view other than that not my taste .. Birdaha asla gitmem iki oda aldik otele geldiligimizde birtane verildi sonradan patron telafi edecek denildi eversi gun patronlari bizlee tartismayaa girdi kendisini hakli cikartmak icin acdi agzini yumdu gozunu bence herzaman heryerde musteri haklidir ama burda oyle deil.. sonradan kuru temizlemeye verdigim yeni esyalarim maf oldu hepsinin rengi gitmis odalarin temizligi okdr iyi deildi sigara izmariti buldum iki cocugum var yapcak fazla birsey yokdu otelde otelin sadece manzarasi cok guzeldi ondan baska hic birsey gzl deildi calisanlarinida cok sevdim iyilerdi ama birdaha aslaa gitmem diyecegim otellerden birisi..!!

Reviewed By ayaa1977This is a great apartment with good amenities. It has two bedrooms which can accommodate 5 people. The kitchen is great, and the living room is large, and the washing machine proved very useful. The hospitality of the team is overwhelming. They brought us a fruit plate upon our arrival and could not be nicer people. As for the location, it is literally a walking distance from the airport and Forum Trabzon Mall is 5 min away by car. It is also in a very good location if you are planning to visit other famous areas on the Black Sea region. As for the things we did not like, we were hoping for an apartment in the higher floor because our first floor apartment was almost street level but there was no availability. I wish there was more toiletries in the bathroom. There is no safe in the apartment.
