Rooms are simple, as the bathrooms. Hairdryer available. Regulating the water temperature is almost impossible due to water pressure. You can hear your neighbours. Small fridge and electric heater in the room. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is good and the lady does everything to make you make you feel at home. NO lift, 2 floors. What bothered me that the emergency route is very poorly indicated, no evacuation map in the room. Good parking space.

We really enjoyed the setting of this pousada. It is 300 m from the main road surrounded by beautiful nature. The room was simple but it had everything we needed and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable and it is so quiet at night. Selma the owner is super nice and was very patient with our very limited Portgese. There is a waterfall on the property you can walk up to and enjoy. There is also a pool which we did not use but it looked clean and is well maintained as is the whole property. It is obvious that Selma takes pride in her property. Breakfast was fresh and good as well.

TRYP by Wyndham Sao Paulo Guarulhos Airport is a transit hotel located within the Arrivals area of Terminal 3 of Sao Paulo Paulo — Guarulhos International Airport (GRU). Exclusive to travelers with international boarding passes, hand boarding passes, and checked baggage, our hotel offers an environment in which to relax before a long flight or on a larger scale. Stylish sophistication in comfortable, modern rooms with free Wi-Fi, 24/7 reception, a quiet outdoor deck, gourmet restaurant and a large lobby bar.
There is nothing uglier as a tourist than feeling scammed or ripped off. This is how they have made us feel in this hotel and that's why I drop them a 1 star review. The only benefit of this hotel is that it is located at the airport. I have made a reservation of € 85 and have been charged € 110 for using an abusive exchange rate when passing from Euros to Brazilian Reals. They work for the tourism sector, but they make money by take advantage of tourists. They will make money in a disloyal way when they have the opportunity and, obviously, they do not listen to complaints. Tryp by Wyndham Sao Paulo Guarulhos Airport is a hotel that cannot be trusted. I strongly advise against it, go only if you have no other option and get sure to bring Brazilian Reals.

We spent 2.5 weeks here in July. We chose Shangrila because of the large amount of space available beyond the rooms- tables/chairs all around the pool, gazebo with benches for shade, garden area, restaurant/lounge area where you can sit anytime of day out of the sun/wind. The garden is gorgeous! One of my favourite parts of Shangrila. There are so many different fruit trees and flowers. Every day we discovered new flowers we hadn't seen before. The garden attached many birds as well. At least 2 VERY ADORABLE tortoises live in the gardens and wander around. They loved to eat the lettuce the staff gave them. The best part of Shangrila is the staff. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast includes delicious fresh fruit like papaya and the staff made my mum and I a dairy free option to order every day (eggs or tapioca). The restaurant does food from 11 am onward and was really handy for us to be able to eat right at the hotel many days. My parents' room had a spa bath tub, which was really, really nice. The kitchen staff were so friendly and the food was amazing! Shangrila had other great services - like free parking, allowing us to choose when we wanted our rooms cleaned, and sending out our clothes for laundry service. There is easy access from the hotel to major streets/avenues. We felt very safe and comfortable our entire stay.
