The New Alexandra Hotel is the only hotel situated on the main shopping street. Mostyn Street is just a 5 minute walk from the train station and 2 minutes from the beach. The hotel has recently had a refurb and the upstairs alex lounge/bar is open daily serving a selection of local and continental beverages. All rooms are ensuite and have flat screen TVs and tea/coffee making facilities.
Cheap and cheerful is the best way to describe this hotel. Breakfast isn’t included but it’s available and well worth the extra £6 for a full English! The hotel has had a lot spent on it in the last few years, all nicely decorated with new carpets. A decent bar selling reasonably priced beer and spirits. Close enough to the front, pier and shops on the doorstep. Free parking outside but limited so you can’t park it all day. The staff were very helpful if a little disorganised at times

Our Premier Inn Holyhead hotel is set right in the heart of this bustling town in Anglesey. Whether you're travelling to Ireland via the Holyhead Stena Line ferry, exploring historic attractions like the South Stack Lighthouse, or birdwatching at the Breakwater Country Park, getting around is easy when you stay with us. There's a delicious range of meals available at our on-site Thyme restaurant, and when you're done for the day you can look forward to enjoying a great night's sleep on one of our comfy Hypnos beds.
Staff are excellent, can't do enough to help. Room was fine, comfortable for a business stay. Prior to stay, email received to confirm shortage of staff and to not expect same service as usual. Bit of a shame. Rooms not being turned around during stay should have been optional, not by default. At £100 a night, having the tea and coffee tray refilled automatically should certainly be a minimum expectation. Not give reception yet another task to manage. A lot of menu items in the restaurant were not available on the first 2 (of 3) nights of our stay - we ate out on night 3. Location was good in terms of accessing Penrhos and Trearddur Bay for a change of scenery after work/alternative restaurant options.

Very clean accommodation, staff were excellent especially Debbie in the restaurant at breakfast who was an absolute star, so friendly and helpful. Also the young man on reception, but I can't remember his name.

We are a 40 room hotel situated on the promenade in Llandudno
Stayed recently for 2 nights with my 95 year old uncle. We arrived early and were told that my room was ready but my uncles was not. However, we were able to leave his luggage in my room until his was ready. He requested a sea view room which he was thrilled with. The bathroom was a wet room. We asked reception about the possibility of hiring a motability scooter and Clare on reception provided us with 2 contact telephone numbers. We hired the scooter for him and were told that he could leave it downstairs in the dining room to charge overnight. On the second night we asked for recommendations on where to eat as my uncle has eating problems. We were given two printed menus from neighbouring hotels for us to chose from. The hotel is clean, tidy, perfect location but above all, the staff are amazing and a credit to the owners. My uncle is now keen to book another stay.

My sister and I stayed here for a night this weekend for a theatre break. The communication was first class, received text message to let us know door entry code and that our room was available couple hours early. Lovely, fragrant smell as soon as entered front door, place was absolutely spotless. Our room had stunning, tall, bay window, with 2 velvet tub chairs so with could take in the amazing sea view. Beds were extremely comfortable, with snuggly duvets. En-suite bathroom with shower facility was great. Complimentary breakfast offered toast, cereals, croissants, yogurts, juice, tea & filtered or decaf coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked this as a bit of a spur of the moment overnight stay as we were visiting the area. Wow what can I say that hasn’t already been said, fantastic clean room with what I can only say is the best hotel bed we have slept in. The hosts are fantastic and made our stay just perfect. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area and highly recommend the Haven to anyone.

We had the most amazing day as a family with our instructor Claire. As a family of 7, made up of three children, two parents and two grandparents, we managed to do all the activities! Claire was super patient and explained everything clearly. We began in canoes, and even our 5 year old managed that. We played games and raced making it so enjoyable. Then we had lunch and after lunch, once we had squeezed ourselves into wet suits, we hit the kayaks and paddle boards. It was brilliant and everyone had a go and enjoyed every minute. We could have been wet, cold and miserable. But it wasn’t at all like that! We got wet, we fell in, we splashed, played games and laughed a lot. I absolutely recommend this place!
