Reviewed By jn897212We had a great stay at Amigo. Our bus dropped us at 2 am in Kalaw, unexpectedly two hours before we were supposed to arrive. We woke the poor staff up who were very accommodating, managing to get our party of five into a beautiful room with very comfortable beds. In the morning there was coffee and breakfast. Thank you Amigo Hotel!

We are located in a quiet enviroment of Nyaung Shwe and also with reach of the town centre, the jetty, Redhill vineyard and Mai Thouk bridge in a few minutes by car or cycling. We propose five bungalow style buildings built in modern architecture with mock wooden walls. The lobby and restaurant offer a friendly and cozy area which you can relax and enjoy your meals, drinks and the sunset.

Good Hotel but service is bad
Reviewed By arthurnaingwinaungWell, this is the third time i visited to Mandalay and this time I have chosen this hotel coz my distributor live near by.. I just review here to see the hotel owner to improve the service. Well, room are clean, good condition. But service is quite bad. We stayed there for 2 nights. We return to hotel around 7pm and found out They didn't come to clean the room. I called to reception and they replied did I asked to clean the room? This sounds weird since this is hotel and not living at service apartment. I just told them to change the towel. This hotel include free breakfast. There r less selection but foods are not hot. The breakfast is until 9am but some foods are finished at 8am and not refilled. Waiter is just sitting at the counter, not looking after the customers. There is a folk but no spoon. So, have to ask the waiter. Staff needs to concentrate on their work, not on their mobile. Anyhow, this is my review for improvement!

No hot water
Reviewed By Kim GThere is nothing worse than after a long day to find that there is no hot water at 10pm. After contacting reception, the staff came to check the water situation. I was told it was lukewarm when it was stone cold. Changing room will not resolve the situation as the entire hot water system is run on solar not on electricity. So will there be hot water tomorrow .....let's not find out. Arios Kantel...one night was enough. I will be checking out tomorrow!

Reviewed By TeddyrobwSea breeze lodge is the perfect choice for a holiday at Ngapali beach, just 200 metres from the beach and such good value. It’s very clean, comfortable beds, and great shower. Nice pool area and breakfasts. Management and staff are very helpful nothing was a problem. Enjoyed the paddle boarding on the best clean beach we have seen in Asia.

Reviewed By 251evelWe had requested the extra room with windows and they gave us a room without windows with the walls full of damp and they WANTED TO CHARGE US FOR THE EXTRA ROOM. When we protested the attitude of the staff was downright rude. Site not recommended.

Reviewed By 437aungmFirst of all, I really love that the hotel is quite close to the beach ? unlike other hotels in Ngwe Saung. Food is not bad ? & edible for all nationalities. Btw, Coconut is the best which is sold at the beach from hotel ???. You just need to have 1,000 MMK and everything gonna be okay. Taste is good and I usually drink one or two times a day during my days at hotel. Moving on to the safety of our life, I've seen two or three Baywatchers besides us when we play and swim at sea. That's a good point I suppose. For the rest, everything is ok and you will get satisfaction what you have to for the price.
