Reviewed By OliverG340We stayed for one night during a trip around northern Italy. The hotel is located up the hill out of the town but it is easy enough to get there if needed. This is a good thing as the views that it provides are incredible. The hotel has a really comfortable feel to it and is very clean with everything clearly thought about in great detail. Rooms are very comfortable and has all the amenities you need. Bathroom is very nice indeed with a very good shower! The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and really made our stay very special. Went above and beyond and we cannot thank her enough! Will always have fond memories of our stay and would love to go back again one day!

Fantastic from the start
Reviewed By realistic5Let me leave my bag at 9am before check in and collect it after check out too. Great, secure location and building. Lovely and cool room given it was 30 degrees outside. Very comfortable bed with terrific quality sheets. Excellent shower pressure. Very friendly staff. Threw in a coffee and croissant at a nearby cafe for breakfast. Wish I’d stayed here for my two nights in Como instead of just one and again in a few weeks time when I’ll be back, but it was booked out already. I know why!

Good overnight stay while driving through
Reviewed By RRay84Exactly as described and pictured, clean and comfortable for a night. Our room was on the first floor. We were able to use the refrigerator in their kitchen to store some of our stuff, and also had an electric kettle in the room. In addition to the 3 beds, the room also had 2 bunk beds separated by a sliding door. There was also free parking nearby and our dogs were welcome. The owners came out when we had trouble locating the building and we did not have any issues with late check-in. The glass shower door panels in the bathroom didn’t line up, flooding the floor. Also, while there were a lot of places to hang stuff, there wasn’t much space for toiletries. The WiFi speed wasn’t good.

Reviewed By claire rWe very much enjoyed our 3 nights here , from the welcome smile , welcome drink , clean , rooms and amazing plentiful breakfast. The Hilltop B & B , approx. 20 minute twisting mountain drive from the Beautiful Como was set in the tree top s, lovely restaurants near by , beware however , very hilly and not suitable for buggys , wheelchairs , non able body , The Host could not be more accommodating - recommend if you want a base above Como , mountain walks and relaxation.

Amazing holiday
Reviewed By OZG80We discovered B&B Melissa by chance in 2015, and since then we visit here each year, since 6 years, room and renovation are perfect, the breakfast that is offered is unbelievable, everything is home made, Jams, yoghurt, pickiled olives and artishocs, the view from the terrace is breathtaking, parking space is available for free, internet is working perfectly

Terrible and very insensitive
Reviewed By dennisr310The room wasn’t the one booked. We spent something more to have a bigger room but we got a small room that didn’t look at all the one in the pictures. We have reported that to the propriety but no consideration. Shower with no door and, because the bathroom was so small, after a shower the floor was flooded and impossible to use it. Coffee facilities with no capsules. No tv remote in the room. Spider webs on the ceiling and the chain on the main door to close it overnight has been place in the wrong way. Night lamp didn’t work and the room was cold. DEFINITELY NOT A PLACE WHERE TO STAY. The propriety has been advised straight away regarding all the issues and they didn’t care at all. the left the follow day just a bag with some capsules and a small carpet for the shower. Probably they really need to learn what does mean hospitality. After my previous review on booking.com, they replied that I am impolite when I’m been kind enough to advise them about the challenges that I was facing during my stay, and they didn’t ask at all how was feeling or asked to change room. Reading other reviews look also that I’m not the only one reporting the same issues. Really unprofessional.

Con la possibilità di muoverci tramite il battello avendolo praticamente attaccato, non abbiamo mai preso la macchina, i proprietari molto disponibili e gentili.
