Reviewed By TheCliffs99Stayed here for 2 nights. Great location. The free bikes to visit the old town were great. Very polite and welcoming staff. Basic but good breakfast. Room was very large. The bench on the balcony was very uncomfortable (no cushions) and so could not really sit outside. Room very clean however our pillows and bedding did smell musty.

Reviewed By BevoB1I booked this home stay because it was the highest reviewed on booking.com in Hoi An and it has been great. The staff are very helpful and the room is very clean with a great bathroom. The location is really good, it’s a short walk to the old town and there is free bikes if you want to ride to the beach. The staff have given us plenty of tips on what to pay and where to go for food and shopping, as the locals can sometimes be very pushy especially after covid. I would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Hoi An!

Friendly, professional staff, gorgeous pool, 5 mins walk from tranquil An Bang beach, 15 min taxi to Hoi An. Perfect location. The ONLY critique is that the cocktails were not good. Everything else - breakfast - was top notch. Would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Wonderful food, lovely clean rooms, such a warm and welcoming host for our stay in Vietnam. So helpful in finding us great things to do and beautiful places to visit. We could not have enjoyed the location better, and the fantastic sundeck was our favourite place to meet every night to share our stories of the day. Highly recommend this fantastic homestay.

Reviewed By Lisa HLoved my stay here. Super clean, really friendly staff and great location away from the nightly noise. The room was cleaned every day and bottled water provided. The bed was very comfortable and the air con was good.

Reviewed By Henri MLime Villa is a beautifully appointed hotel and you won't definitely regret staying there. Our one night stay turned into four nights, and we really got a chance to recharge our batteries at the pool and in the super comfortable room. The owner as well as all her staff were super nice and kind, and helped us out with any requests we had. The breakfast is really tasty and ample, you won't go hungry. They will also cook delicious meals at other times of the day on request. The bikes are free to use and in great condition, and the staff will organise a rental scooter in no time if you want to explore further.

Reviewed By Nigel DOn arrival in Hoi An I visited a number villas in an attempt to find a quite, clean place which presented value for money. This is exactly what I found at the Water Palm Villas. The rooms were spacious, clean, and full of all the modern amenities. The grounds were stunning with an in ground swimming pool surrounded by quaint palmed huts. This relaxing environment was enhanced by friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my every whim was catered to. The food was plentiful with a large selection of both Western and Vietnamese styles at a very reasonable price. The location is set a short distance from the Hoi An township, quiet enough to obtain the village feel of the 600 year old authentic Hoi An. I thoroughly recommend the is accommodation to all.

Reviewed By PatrikB376I stayed at this hotell for five nights. The hotell is family owned and you get a "homey" feeling about the place. If you are lucky the staff will invite you to have lunch with them. Some of the staff speaks good english. Everything clean and professional.
