A small, intimate adults only resort nestled on a private tropical oceanfront paradise. Its essence is beauty and simplicity... A place for lovers of the sun and ocean who wish to find rest and privacy in a natural environment. Our balconies are located at a perfect level to enjoy the spectacular view of the ocean and listen to its movement. From them, the deep blue sea expands from the shore to the horizon. Here is a sanctuary for the senses, a holistically satisfying experience in a cozy atmosphere. Each new large room offers floor to ceiling retracting windows , air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A large new rooftop terrace has amazing Pacific ocean and sunset views with shaded and sunny areas. The restaurant offers oceanside dining with an emphasis on organic handcrafted meals featuring freshly caught fish from the fishermen on our beach. Tasty vegan and vegetarian options are also available. Order what you like, you can customize your meals. A Full American Plan with three meals daily is available or dine as you wish, including room service . There are 3 crystal clear sea view pools for our guests' exclusive use on the side of an ocean-sculpted cliff. The property is filled with enchanted corners where you can enjoy a drink, a good book or a conversation. Here, you will find open spaces painted by the magical colors of nature and a great orchard of tropical fruits: palm-trees, coconuts, mangoes, guanabanas, chicozapotes, guayabas, and cashew. Elevator access, total privacy and 24 hour security assure you a safe, comfortable vacation. Is available on site as local transportation. Pets are allowed on an individual basis. Twin, queen or king luxury mattresses with egyptian cotton sheets on all beds, with down pillows combine for a perfect night's sleep with the birds and surf in the background.
After having previously spent time on the Costera, the congested main strip, in hotels and at the beach, I was so delighted to discover this unique hotel on the outskirts of town. It is located in a very natural setting high in the cliffs above some natural rock lagoons. The hotel isn't fancy, but has three wonderful pools, friendly staff and clean simple rooms, all of which have amazing views of the ocean, We had a car so it was easy to get into the city or spend the day at the quiet beaches of Pie de la Cuesta. I highly recommend this location for a peaceful getaway from the typical craziness of Acapulco.

We have been returning year after year before going to our stay at a resort. We love the location to all the different little restaurants on Calle Adelitas. It is amazing how many restaurants that have sprung up since the street had been closed and reopened. So many now offer the grilling on the street. A few it seams on some nights to have reservations. If we don't have reservations at our favorite and is full, we will just walk along until we find one that has what we want. The hotel is small and have guest that return year after year and your choice of rooms may not be available in the high season. The returning guest will make reservations while there to make sure of the choices available at the time. We have have waited a week before making reservations and the room we wanted will not be available.

This little boutique hotel was such such such a pleasant stay. The courtyard downstairs with the pool is absolutely beautiful. Every inch is decorated. Staff was super nice and friendly and easy going. The rooms are super cute and has everything you need. Beds very comfortable. The beach is only a few minutes walk and there is a little family restaurant right outside that will bring your order to the hotel and you can sit down in the courtyard to eat. I will definitely stay here again next year if we come back for the annual conference.

We went here several times for dinner and once for lunch. Good shrimp tacos, fish tacos not so much (not sure what the gloppy red sauce was), nice big burger for lunch, good clubhouse sandwich. Good margaritas. Beautiful setting right on the beach under the big beautiful new palapa. They use a QR code on the table for ordering, but we kept forgetting our phone. And the one time we remembered, there was a glitch and wasn't working. Fortunately, our super friendly, efficient English-speaking waiter (Israel, I think?) used his own phone to help us order. Why they don't provide a physical menu is a mystery. It would help those of us who forget our phones -- or don't have one! -- or when there's a power outage.

I stayed at Casa Condesa for 4 nights over the New Year and I had a brilliant time. Although I stayed in the smallest room, it was large enough for me - it was clean and comfortable and everything worked perfectly. All the guys working there were pleasant and helpful, they also had a lot of patience for my lack of Spanish. The other guests were all Mexican and really nice to get to know. I’m happy to return to Acapulco and stay again at Casa Condesa.

Over priced for the quality and service you get in this hotel and comparison to other hotels near by that are half of the price with better amenities and ocean view. Misses informed and very unaccommodating service.
