Perfect view of the pacific
Reviewed By lieee915The resort is a perfect place if you are after an island vibe as it offers an ocean view of the pacific. It is also a great location for it is walking distance from Cloud 9 and just a few minute tricycle ride from cafes and restaurants. ~You can borrow bicycles ~You can play volleyball with friends ~You can dip in the pool Also, the staff members are hospitable and friendly. I love having a little chat with them.

Vivo Inn is a nice and comfortable place to relax and enjoy the scenic island. We provide hotel standard rooms with modern bathrooms, wi-fi access, fresh meals for guests and we are just a short walk from the popular coastline of General Luna. Beautiful Resort, Intimate w Warm Hospitality
Reviewed By IamtravelindsI stayed for only 2 nights I should've stayed longer, as I have enjoyed the place. Vivo Inn is a relaxing resort, Quiet w nice people around. The staff are all smiling w warm Hospitality. Michelle always wear a big smile and everyone in the resort On my last night was the owners birthday and us guests were invited to the dinner party serving us good food and lechon which I've been craving for since I arrived, perfect timing ?? , the couple owner were so friendly and accommodating. The garden is well maintained and the pool and the cafe gives a real island feel. Wifi is OK. The room is spotless clean, the location is near cloud9 and the boat port. The price for one night is low priced compared to the comfort and experience they serve their guests. I'm coming back next year ?

Close to surfing & cloud 9
Reviewed By jackkU9677CXThe room was big and the bathroom was clean with a good shower. Great location opposite cloud 9 if you like to surf, however not much else around so need to get a tricycle into the town. We had a room at the front and the road was quite loud in the morning with mopeds and beeping, but we were still able to sleep at night. The on-site restaurant was fine for lunch / dinner but not great for breakfast. Wi-fi was also good.

Reviewed By LoveAirxIf you want quiet, clean, truly island ambience, great service, etc! Then you must stay here! Not to mention, the staff are all friendly and helpful! And please try their homemade tapa for breakfast or any time of the day! Watch the sunrise, its so worthy, unless you hate waking up so early! Overall, we will definitely stay there again!

Reviewed By dylanleerGreat place, great people. It was a pleasure to hang out with Jane, Miryam and all the super friendly staff here. They probably have the best coffee machine in town - and a real barista handling it. I would always come back to Harana if I’m on Siargao.

Reviewed By L4048LEsophiehRarely right negative reviews but.. For starters they forgot to pick us up from the airport which should have been an indicator of what was to come during our stay.. The room had no kettle, no fridge, no safe, had terrible water pressure in the shower and no toilet seat.. the room was extremely basic To say the least. As for the staff they said for us to just ask when we wanted something or if we wanted the room cleaned during our stay but they weren’t around all the time to ask them things.. It’s also not a surf camp at all you have no beach access from the accommodation so you have to rent a motor bike to even get to Cloud Nine, and any lessons to go surfing costs a bit of money to do and to rent a surf board... It’s also not the friendliest vibe at this accommodation the staff aren’t that helpful or are rarely around if you need to ask them something. The water stopped working and the power went out for a whole day when we were staying there and then a few other times during our stay the power would go out and the WiFi was pretty average(didn’t work all the time). What annoyed me most when the power went out though was that we couldn’t check the weather, tide, access maps on our phone to plan our day. So when we asked the ladies that worked in the hotel reception- they were rude and being defensive. They asked us why do we need to know the weather and that there won’t be electricity or WiFi again till 5pm-7pm. On another day we asked how long does it take to get to Tak Tak Falls and the main receptionist said ‘depends on how fast you guys drive’ like what kind of rude answer is that- how hard is it to be helpful and nice to guests? Then when we were checking out at the end of our stay we carried our heavy suitcases in the rain as they sat there with the umbrellas in the under cover area and watched. They asked if we needed help after we had already moved our stuff- I feel they were being deliberately being unhelpful and unfriendly. Not impressed.. The only good thing about this place was the person that worked there at night time as security he was really lovely and friendly. The location of the ‘Surfcamp’ was in a great spot though right near everything you need in General Luna.

Unhelpful caretaker
Reviewed By CELINE_PangWe stayed in Dahun Queen Villas for 4days/3nights with a package of island hopping and breakfast. When we arrived at the place, it looked like it was abandoned. They didn't even knew we were coming. They served the same undercooked breakfast everyday. My wife and I got diahrea and didn't receive any medical assistance because the caretaker, Marco is nowhere to be found. He overcharge us for everything he helped us actually. We were late at the airport because he had a detour that was not part of our trip. Before taking off the L300 he charged us 400 pesos for the trips he gaved us from the other tours we had from them wherein supposedly it's part of our package. He even charged us 500 pesos for the scratch on his tint of the vehicle's window which we didn't do but it was the fault of Marco. Not just that, we thought it was settled but he was asking us for 600 pesos for the payment of sending us to airport which then again part of the package We didn't pay him but he was insisting. He didn't even believed us because he was not familiar with our booking. We were at the gate 15 mins before the flight all because of the hidden charges and because he was so lazy to send us early. The place is nice but the caretaker is not pleasing to be with, disorganised, disrespectful, and irritating.
