The worst place to stay!!
Reviewed By AsyoomThis place is the worst in Khafji! My husband and I booked this hotel for 4 days, but stayed for one night then left! What really made us in rage is the Egyptian guy who works there as a receptionist refused to give my husband a key instead of the missing one! He told him that whenever you want to go to your room, I will send the bellboy with you to open it! It was really ANNOYING and unacceptable! Add to this unresponsible issue, the room is smell like no one clean it for over a month! The comforter was dusty and smell really horrible. However, their Saudi coffee is really good, their breakfast is fine. Overall, the hotel does not worth the stars! P.S. I gave them two stars cuz their manager was really nice to us and tried to compensate us with whatever we want, the Saudi female receptionist was really helpful and tried to solve our problem.

Reviewed By omar2b3فندق رائع جدا ونظيف جدا ويستحق لقب فندق خمس نجوم بجدارة لقد سكنت في هذا الفندق في شتاء 2018 يوجد في هذا الفندق مسبح في السطح العلوي وهو مكشوف مباشر على الشمس الفندق جديد والاثاث جديد ونظيف جدا السرير مريح جدا الشرف كبيرة من الارض الى السقف والغرفة هادئة جدا

Sehr schlecht!
Reviewed By peter187187Sehr abgewohnt und nicht sauber. Bad war eine Katastrophe. Frühstück war schlecht genauso wie Service. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Der Teppich ist sehr schmutzig. Typisch billiges und schlechte KSA Hotel welches fuer Einheimische vielleicht Ok ist aber nicht fuer Touristen oder ausländische Geschäftsleute.

Cozy new hotel
Reviewed By Bakhar SWe liked this apart hotel for it's cleanliness as compared to really dirty apartments usually one can find in Alkhobar. It was very new. The downside however it's away from city and not easy to find taxis. If you have car it's fine and there are small restaurants , laundry, gas station and panda near by. The bed though new but it was really hard. No towels were provided. Few things were cheap so worn out quickly like cupboard was not closing in one room. The price is very good.

Comfortable stay
Reviewed By Noy_AndresIt is situated along an array of hotels and is near the Al Rashid Mall; around 5 minutes walk. The room was fairly spacious, quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable, the furniture were a bit outdated though. They provide kitchen utensils but you cannot cook as the stove was already taken out from the room. Also, they don't seem to have room service menu. No free bottled water when you check-in but they didn't overpriced their bottled water in the mini refrigerator. Shampoo was also not provided in the bathroom so I have to buy it outside. I was staying at the ground floor. WIFI was ok but mobile phone signal is weak inside the room.
