Bali is a living postcard, an Indonesian paradise that feels like a fantasy. Soak up the sun on a stretch of fine white sand, or commune with the tropical creatures as you dive along coral ridges or the colorful wreck of a WWII war ship. On shore, the lush jungle shelters stone temples and mischievous monkeys. The “artistic capital” of Ubud is the perfect place to see a cultural dance performance, take a batik or silver-smithing workshop, or invigorate your mind and body in a yoga class.

Beautiful stay at Sanak Retreat! Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The location is very quiet and peaceful, away from everything. Beautiful views from the main building of rice fields and great sunsets. Lots of excursions to pick from and they support the local village and community really well. Would definitely return here when we return to Bali!

The Handara Golf & Resort Bali, ranked by GOLF Magazine among the "Top 50 Greatest Golf Courses in the World" attracts golfers from all corners of the world to travel to Bali in order to play golf at one of Asia's most iconic and "World-Class" golf courses. Handara Golf & Resort Bali is located in the central highlands of Bali and is nestled down inside the crater of a dormant volcano at an altitude of almost 1,200 meters (almost 4,000 feet) above sea level. The resort is surrounded by lush green mountains, crater lakes and an equatorial rain forest that creates dramatic backdrops for approach shots into the well maintained creeping bentgrass greens. Another unique characteristic of this world-renowned golf resort is the year round coolness of the fresh mountain air (14-24 C), which will make for a pleasantly comfortable round of golf at this 18-hole championship golf course designed by five time British Open Champion Peter Thomson along with his design associates Michael Wolveridge and Ronald Fream. We invite you to take a tour of our facility online and we look forward to welcoming you to Handara Golf & Resort Bali.
Stayed in this resort recently. The place is beautiful and full of energy. It is good to see the place is busy comparing to other place which are affected by Pandemic Covid-19. They also provide affordable short golf course guest can try. One of the trainer named Andre is very communicative and knowledgeable on golf. Thank you Andre for great lesson. This place is highly recommendable for those looking for beautiful and peaceful stay. Beside golf, one can enjoy their tennis court as well. Can't wait to be back Inputs for improvement : Linen having too much 'parfume' from washing process. It need to be softer smell. We got two pair slipper. One pair was all LEFT foot instead of Left and Right.

Set in the heart of picturesque Ubud at the junction of the Oos & Cerik River in the spiritual and cultural heart land of Bali, beautifully blended with the contours of the hills lining the river valley providing unspoiled views of the opposite Sawah terraces and woodlands. Beji Ubud Resort Resort located in close vicinity of Ubud centre, on the main street between Central of Ubud and Kedewatan. The resort is in an enviable position to offer you a middle range boutique hotel with an ideal location. It combines peace and tranquillity and yet closes proximity to Ubud's centre nearby famous Museum, art galleries, gourmet and fine dining restaurants, convenience shops, & bars.
This Resort offers quiet stay + good views at the back yard of the premises. It has several swimming pools but the Infinity pool facing the greenery was superb. The room was ok but the breakfast was not. We just stayed for one night. it was so quiet at nights. That time the were only 2 rooms occupied. we didn't try the foods at the resto; only the breakfast with very limited choices of local foods.

Our first time at a yoga retreat and completely new to such a remote location. Yoga and Tai Chi were really enjoyable and both of us, being beginners, found it easy enough to follow along. Instructors were clear, patient and motivating. Although the heat didn't help at times. The staff here make it for me. Cannot stress enough how welcoming, kind and attentive everyone is. Truly go above on beyond to make us feel at home. Treated as one big family. Nice home-cooked meals and catered for my partner who is vegan. Owner is very down to earth and enjoyed numerous conversations about local culture and what life is like here as well as how they strive to involve the local community in their authentic set up. Be prepared to be fully immersed in the countryside as the location is totally remote. This comes with its benefits and drawbacks. Of course the place is beautiful and tranquil however the location was quite daunting for us at first but soon got settled in. Looking back I would have packed a few more items such as snacks for in between meals as the itinerary is pretty packed and there are no shops nearby. We also had a couple late night visitors to our room in the form of 2 Tokay geckos. Harmless, however we were worried about them falling during the night and waking us up. Staff were on hand quickly to help our previously failed attempt at polite removal. We stayed on-site and the room was a little basic compared to our expectations, in need of a lick of paint / deep clean in places however in keeping with the simplicity of the environment. Beds were quite hard however were equipped with mosquito nets, to fully cover the bed (we needed to lower these slightly to reach). Overall a fun, peaceful and wholesome experience of which we both thoroughly enjoyed.

Super friendly staff and great value for money. The Bungalows were of a good size and the pool was cleaned daily and the gardens kept beautifully. The food was also great value for what is was . The beer was super cold and well priced . Needing somewhere close to the airport, then this is ideal

Had a good short stay at Coral View recently. There are many small places to stay strung out along the road from Amed and CV is one of them. You definitely need transport to stay there as the "town" itself is a distance away. The small cottages are very adequate and I particularly liked the large semi exterior bathroom which includes a large tub. Water was hot after it ran a few minutes and the room was clean. Swimming/snorkelling is very close nearby as is the black sand fishermans' beach. Nice pool and grounds. Breakfast was simple but fine.

Situated in the lush area of Ubud, Ubud Raya Resort offers modern Balinese accommodations featuring spacious room, private outdoor swimming pool, an on-site spa, gym, and free WiFi access in the entire area of the property. Guests enjoy free scheduled shuttle to Ubud Central. I takes about an 8-minute drive from the property to Ubud Palace and Ubud Market, and about a 10-minute drive to Ubud Monkey Forest. Goa Gajah historical site is only about a 13-minute drive away, and getting to Ngurah Rai International Airport will take around 45 minutes by car. The accommodation at Ubud Raya Resort are all fitted with air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, a private pool, a living area with plush sofa, and a dining area featuring a kitchenette. Each bedroom also comes with an en suite bathroom featuring bath and shower facilities and free toiletries. Other facilities you can find at this resort include a 24-hour front desk, and a tour desk, laundry service, bicycle rental, and airport shuttle
This is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in Ubud or Bali in general. The property is big, the villas are clean and available in 1/2/3 BHKs with private pool. It gives a very ethnic and authentic vibe and the energy around the property is very calming and relaxing. The staff (especially Darshani and Intan) are the 2 sweetest and best host you can ever find. They are always available, provide best services, extremely warm and the hospitality is top notch. A definite recommendation to all friends and family going to Bali. Can't wait to visit again.
