I have been in 60+ countries, had massages in many of them (including Thailand, etc), and my experience at Massage Sense has by far the best massage I had. Bianca, my therapist was extraordinary. An incredible way of approaching the treatment, kind and patience, anda fantastic technique on stress relief/deep tissue - even more impressive considering I was the last massage of her day! I am converted fan, and will definitely be back! Thanks Bianca!

The yoga teacher training was amazing. The ashram experience was great and I loved the food. The teachers are professional and prepare you for teaching. I highly recommend the yoga teacher training for everyone who want a great yoga experience and for people who wants to learn how to teach.

Eefke responded very well to the "case" lying in front of her. More than it being just a great massage, she worked on unblocking energies and helping me as part of some growing and changing I am working on. Her excellent fluency in English facilitated a frank and emotional exchange which helped her pinpoint the right therapy, including some unusual and impactful methods, like moxibustion. Afterwards, I felt very free and energised - and still do so, 2 weeks later. 6 stars! A massive thanks and until my next trip to Amsterdam.

This place is highly recommended. The massage was fantastic! The perfect amount of pressure and the right amount of time was spent on each part of my body. I felt the effects of the day well into the evening. Thank you Marjolein for the great treatment. It was such a relieve for my neck pain. I definitely will come back for another relaxing massage.

My boyfriend booked in a slot for us at 9 pm to do a duo massage and it was the perfect way to round off the day. The place is spotless and you feel so relaxed as soon as you walked in. Our masseuses were Sandy and Karl. Both were very welcoming and asked us about what area they wanted us to focus on, which oil fragrance we preferred, and which music we wanted to listen to. The hour whizzed by but we both felt very relaxed afterwards.

Modesty has no place at this highly respectable sauna, where you get down to the altogether in mixed company. Sauna Deco is a small spa in a unique place and with a unique interior. A place for people that know how to appreciate a sauna bath. Don't expect swimming pools or a Jacuzzi but know it has everything for a couple of hours of relaxing.

In early January of this year, I had an 8-hour layover in Amsterdam on a flight into Europe. I used this time to visit Sauna Deco for about 4 hours. My time included a 1-hour massage. The therapists name was Rose...I've gotten a massage from her on another trip to Sauna Deco in the middle of last year. I'm a retired massage therapist, so it's a real pleasure to receive such a professional massage as the one Rose performs on her clients. I had already flown 10 hours all night, so I was quite tired when I arrived. Not only did she put me to sleep during the massage, but afterwards she gently woke me up, accompanied me to the relaxation beds, and literally tucked me in to get more sleep. She awakened me an hour later...Really, who goes out of their way to be that kind to a client? She's terrific. She comes across to the client as very grounded and sincere, showing she loves her profession. Sauna Deco is always my choice for a sauna/spa experience while in Amsterdam, and Rose is always a clear choice for massage when I'm in this wonderful city.
