Maidstone is a large, historically important town in Kent, England, of which it is the county town. The River Medway runs through the centre of the town, linking it with Rochester and the Thames Estuary. Historically, the river carried much of the town's trade as the centre of the agricultural county of Kent, known as the Garden of England. There is evidence of settlement in the area dating back before the Stone Age. The town, part of the borough of Maidstone, had a population of 107,627 people in 2011. Have had a sore shoulder for months and decided to try a massage. The spa is very friendly and the staff considerate and Thai 1 hour back and shoulder deep tissue massage later all the knots pummelled and I mean pummelled out of my shoulder and the rest of my back Thank you it feels so much better

Mote Park Leisure Centre has been a firm favourite since we moved here many years ago. The swimming, diving and soft play areas are great, as were the special events in the past for Star Gazing. No issues here, friendly staff and three pools including flumes and inflatables days, and party pool evenings, including a diving area. They have a great soft play area and have a indoor cafe. Lots of choice variety, swimming clubs and school clubs, all set in a beautiful backdrop of Mote Park, with good play areas and it's ever evolving.
