My personal trainer, Angeline at the 450 brand Blvd in Glendale (who is also a competition gymnist) never disappoints me in the quality and concerns in our workouts. She explains how to use the machines and even videos some of our workouts to make sure I remember how to set up and exercise on machines properly. My muscle strength and endurance has gone from non-existent to visible and I feel improvement in my internal health. My highest recommendation goes to my personal trainer, Angeline, who is a lifeline to my health.
